We have stayed there a few times now. It's nice if you just want to get away from the business of life and and relax at the apartment or close enough to town to go to an event or browse the various shops. It is clean, has everything you could need. It's perfect for us. Katherine is very prompt at responding to any issues or questions that you might have.

Great place to stay! Especially if you are active and like to walk or run. I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up moving into the apartment complex.

Lynette & Conrad were excellent hosts never had to want for anything & the apartment was excellent & comfy. These two hands down have been the best hosts I’ve ever had at any other stay across the country absolutely superb. The rating only lets you go as high as 5 stars but this couple should get 10 stars across the board on all rating questions. Thank you very much for a great stay look forward to booking this place again in the near future.

This was my second time staying here, we had a different unit which was just as good as the first. The place is clean, has everything you need and more.

My family had an amazing stay here! This place is beautiful. The bedrooms and living room were very cozy and the kitchen has a coffee/tea bar that we really enjoyed (along with anything you need for baking/cooking)! We tested our skills in pickleball and then enjoyed a family campfire with s’mores (bring/purchase firewood if you are planning to have a campfire). Lauren is a great host, and we hope to be back next year!

The most friendly hosts! The home is so clean, which is always important to our family. We visited in the Summer and it was nice to walk into a cool air conditioned home at the end of our day. We loved having dedicated parking spaces for 2 cars. There were lots of little extras in the home in case you leave something behind...like soap! The neighborhood is perfection, like a movie. Friendly and kind neighborhood. There is a ~3 mile loop around a stunning lake. Cars drive slowly as there are so many walkers, runners, bikers. Just truly wonderful. There was a coffee pot and a tea kettle, so many teas to choose from! The host not only provided canoes, kayaks and life vests, but she carried the canoe into the water! Honestly, these hosts go way beyond just being helpful. The beds were comfy, the fridge was clean, so many fresh towels. I hate that I have a character limit because I have so much to say. The price for this stay is more than reasonable. I would give more stars if I could

Was a very comfortable place to stay! Very clean

I mean, what can I say other than what a perfect place for our families. We rented all three apartments. The huge yard with swingset:slide/sandbox/ so many bikes to ride. Great pier, raft for the kids to play on. Great swimming area..sandy. Our two year old great grandson cried when it was time to leave!😥 Great firepit area. Mandy communicated very well.

April and Jon were outstanding hosts. Friendly couple dedicated to deliver a cozy environment. Place is really beautiful and spacious, located in a nice area with lots of things to do around!

Great place and a fantastic experience with Lauren. Very peaceful home (like in the country) yet close to everything. The home is very clean and has everything you'll need. This place is 5 Stars, and priced very reasonably, so book it now if its available. You will not regret it! Thanks again Lauren for the treats. Special surprise that made our day even better. I needed it after the Notre Dame loss and that cheered me up :)

Google Maps struggled with similar street names in the area. Ashly was very kind and patient in guiding me to the rental location. The entire rental space was very clean, comfortable and up to date - very quiet, too!

Very nice unit located close to downtown. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Would recommend and will definitely use again should the need arise!

Great Spot, Great Hosts and Location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little home. We stayed here for almost 6 weeks while our 5th wheel RV was being repaired at the factory. The house was very well cleaned and in good shape. Nice large backyard for the kids to play in as well as bird watching. There were no TVs which was actually a plus for our no-screens family. There was a nice welcome basket with some snacks as well as coffee and tea for the coffee maker. All the kitchen tools you could need were provided if you plan on cooking. We also enjoyed the very nice ping pong table downstairs and being able to hang dry clothes on the laundry line downstairs by the new washer and dryer. Internet was good- no interruptions while working remotely. Host and owner were very nice and accommodating and very quick to answer any questions we had. We recommend checking out E&S Bulk Foods (cash only), Dutch Country Market, Yoder Meats & Cheese, and Yoder Red Barn shops while you are in town

The apartment is spacious, very clean and contains thoughtful decor and amenities. Tina was responsive and friendly. We were able to easily walk Main Street to eat and shop. The building itself was quiet, but the train tracks are nearby and you will hear trains throughout the day and night.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful setting down a long, winding, wooded driveway. The apartment was spotless, cozy and comfortable. It was thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed. The outside was well lit in the nighttime. Jill immediately responded to messages. We felt at home.

Great hosts! We were welcomed and given a full tour by the host as we arrived. The place was as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, super safe area. Highly recommended.

Amazing find!! This place is truly worthy of a rare find rating. The setting was so peaceful, there was lawn furniture so you could enjoy the out of doors; the apartment is very spacious with the conveniences and little comforts of home. The house is just 5 miles from the theaters of Shipshewana. Naomi responded so quickly and was easy to communicate with. I know if we ever get to come to Shipshewana again this is where we want to stay. It just doesn’t get any better than this one.

Faye was a wonderful host, very accommodating. place was clean and expansive, and the Riverside view was beautiful! would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay,we had 15min to the golf course where we had our tournament at.
