Location, location, location! Seaside is in an ideal location, 50 metres from the beach and the charming town of Sidmouth. It has been completely refurbished to a very high specification and includes a fitted kitchen with everything you need for a home from home stay, a light and bright lounge with sea peeps from the window and a corner sofa bed. A separate double bedroom and new bathroom with a spacious double shower. The apartment also benefits from a FREE dedicated parking space and WiFi.

2 Chapel Mews, Sidmouth is in a perfect position in the centre of town just around the corner from the shops and less than a 200m level walk to the beach yet tucked away in a peaceful location. 1 free allocated parking space outside the cottage. The cottage is perfect for families and couples alike that want a comfortable and relaxing base for their holiday. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a sumptuous king size bed and the other has 2 singles all with quality linen and fluffy white towels.

A lovely family home near Sidmouth beach overlooking a park with peaceful surroundings, perfect for a family of 4 but can sleep up to 6. 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 smaller, a modern large bathroom, new kitchen with everything you need. The whole house is really light with sunshine flooding through pretty stained glass windows. Thoughtfully decorated with really imaginative use of space. The holiday cottage has sea views is right on the costal path, next to an indoor pool and the high street.

There are views of the surrounding Devon hills and 'The Byes' riverside walk is close by. The accommodation is beautifully presented with exquisite attention to detail and high quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. There is direct access from the private drive parking area to the Annex.

Driftwood is a lovely bright detached cosy cottage with parking. It is at the end of a quiet pedestrian street. It has 3 double bedrooms one with en suite toilet and sink. Downstairs Family bathroom, kitchen with dining area, cosy lounge with French windows onto a good sized south facing courtyard garden with seating and a BBQ. Garden fully enclosed so safe for dogs. Driftwood is a 4 minute walk to the seafront, coast path, kids play area, indoor swimming pool, shops, cafes, pubs and cinema.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Cricketers View is a well presented self catering lower ground floor apartment within a grade II Famous Georgian Terrace situated in a prime position opposite the Esplanade and within a two minutes walk to the town centre shops, restaurants and amenities. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and immaculately fitted to a high standard. Wi Fi available. The bedroom has twin beds with double doors leading to a private courtyard with additional seating.

Close enough to town but far enough away
The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
