Die Monteur Villa Solingen bietet auf drei Etagen insgesamt 26 helle Zimmer mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern. Für den Gemeinsamen Aufenthalt steht ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher, WLAN und einem Tisch Fußball zur Verfügung. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit mehreren Herden ermöglicht eine bequeme selbst Verpflegung. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Für zusätzlichen Komfort gibt es Waschmaschinen, damit längere Aufenthalte problemlos möglich sind.

Great location. My accommodation is located in Stürzelberg. Very quiet location. 5 minutes' walk from the Rhine. Only 4 km to the city of Zons. Very suitable for cycling tours. Only 12 km to the old town of Düsseldorf. Very good connection to the A46 and A57 motorways. Only 4 km to the S-Bahn S8.

On 400 square meters of living space, we rent out extraordinary rooms, almost all of which offer a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese teahouse invites you to linger and a barbecue area can also be used. We offer a master bedroom with balcony, including guest room for three guests. The "Kleine Villa im Pfuhl" with a large garden is spacious and lovingly restored in 2010. It is great for families, friends and businesses for happy togetherness or relaxation. A group of 10 adults and 4 children best fits in the house. However, more bedrooms can be added in the neighboring house on request.
