The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Our small apartment overlooking the Biggesee as well as private entrance, small kitchenette and separate toilet/shower promises relaxing days alone or for two. Whether relaxing by the lake or active holidays in the area, our surroundings offer a variety of possibilities: cycling and hiking trails, bike rental, passenger boating, mini golf, paintball, pedal boat rental, SUP/kayak rental, lake promenade, Attahöhle cave, etc. Various swimming spots are within minutes (walking distance).

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Our vacation home is a completely renovated single-roof house. Our Bigge Huus is of high quality and invites you to relax in nature. The wonderful view can be enjoyed both through the large panoramic front and from the spacious terrace. The garden is an ideal play paradise for children and dogs!
