A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). Here in Montegonfoli you can spend a vacation in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful attractions of the world. First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

You will also find 3 supermarkets nearby. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, with the sea visible on the horizon, which is approximately 50 km away from Volterra.

It is located on the 1st floor of our B&B Le Aquile. It is an elegant double room (king size bed or two single beds) with exposed wooden beam ceilings, antique furniture and a private external bathroom with shower cubicle a few meters from the room. It has a complete bathroom set, a hairdryer, a courtesy kit, a kettle (with tea and Nescafè) and Nespresso capsules to enjoy a typical Italian coffee. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with wifi and a flat-screen TV.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery....
