House holiday rentals in Sigillo

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Una settimana da sogno nelle Marche con tutta la tribù: cugini, sorelle, genitori, cane e la suocera (sì, anche lei). La villa? Un paradiso. Piscina top, idromassaggio terapeutico (anche per i nervi), BBQ da grigliatori seriali. Stefano e Alessandro: da 10 e lode, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Panorama da cartolina, comfort ovunque. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e... ingrassati. Ci torneremmo domani. Anzi, ci trasferiremmo.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Vi bodde i huset i drygt två veckor och hade en fantastisk vistelse Huset är genomtänkt och har allt man vill ha Omgivningen är magisk och utsikten slående Poolen är stor, ny och rengörs flera gånger per vecka Valerio & Susan var toppen värdar och ordnade tom nya barn tillbehör för att göra vår vistelse ännu bättre (vi reste med barn 1 år & 5 år) Resturang tips och tips på utflykter i närheten var mycket bra, gjorde hela vår vistelse speciell Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The pictures of the villa don’t do this place justice. It was even more beautiful in person tucked away in the hills of Cortona. I spent a few days here to celebrate my birthday with my six close friends and it was the most unreal experience. The villa itself was easy to get to by car (must have a small car for the tight roads leading up) and we spent the weekend relaxing outside on the grass, cooking meals, visiting Cortona, and going on a private wine tour in Montepulciano. It felt like we were in a movie the entire time, this part of Tuscany was incredibly picturesque. Marc was very responsive and helpful to any of our needs and gave us recommendations for local food/grocery shops. I would 100% recommend Marc’s place to anyone looking to relax and immerse themselves within the hills of Tuscany. I will 100% be back in the future ◡̈

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met het beste zwembad (diep om te duiken), een prieel met schaduw en mooi uitzicht. Binnen blijft het koel. Verblijf is op de eerste verdieping, flinke trap op en in het huis ook maar dat houd je in beweging :). Eigenaren spreken een klein beetje Engels maar met google translate kom je ver. Aardige verhuurders. Er is een trouwlocatie en dan hoor je wat muziek. Dat vonden wij wel leuk. De meeste keren is het op tijd stil. All met al een leuk verblijf.

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir und meine Eltern hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft "Menta" und "Basalico". Der Kontakt mit Adriana war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Eine perfekte Gastgeberin :) Die Bungalows sind super modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Die Kinder haben ihn geliebt.Darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen etwas größeren Pool in der Anlage, welcher von allen Gästen genutzt werden darf. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft perfekt für Ausflüge an den Strand, beispielsweise in Fano, welcher trotz der Pfingstferien nicht stark besucht war und die umliegenden Städte geeignet.Auf den Hinweis in einer früheren Bewertung hin, haben wir auch das Ristorante "La Greppia" besucht.Super lecker und wunderschön.Ein Hinweis noch zur Anfahrt: Sie ist prinzipiell sehr gut mit jedem Auto zu erreichen. Vorsicht nur bei den letzten Metern der Anfahrt, da bei tieferen Autos die Möglichkeit besteht etwas aufzusetzen.Wir hatten wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit!

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location. The apartment is located in a picturesque village and impresses with its cleanliness, cosiness, and well-equipped kitchen. It is ideal for anyone who likes to cook for themselves. And it is the perfect base for those who want peace and quiet, as well as for excursions to the impressive Frasassi caves and mountain villages, and for tasting the regional Verdicchio wine. We can recommend the apartment and the surrounding area wholeheartedly!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Caterinas Schwester empfangen. Wir haben uns in unserem Bungalow sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage liegt in einem großen, idyllischen Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Es gab genügend Platz und alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Besonders genossen haben wir den Whirlpool im Freien und das abendliche Grillen auf unserer Terrasse

Sehr schönes Haus in gute Lage nahe Senigallia. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der ruhigen Umgebung und konnten die tolle Aussicht in die markesischen Hügel genießen. Ivana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

This is a group response: Mia - a beautiful stay. The house was absolutely spotless, beautiful and spacious. I recommend going when the jasmine blooms as it is absolutely divine. Couldn’t recommend enough. Safi & Harry - such a beautiful place to stay with stunning views. We loved spending time at the pool, cooking as a group & sitting on the patio all evening. Perfect hosts gave us recommendations for places to eat. Katya & Char - the most incredible accommodation with the most spectacular views. Fantastic hosts, so friendly. Taking the time to recommend shops and restaurants for vegans probably wasn’t easy! But they were all superb! Would go back in a heartbeat. Sydney - starring there was an absolute dream, the accommodation is perfect, the pool is delightful and the hosts are the most lovely and welcoming couple. Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Natchana war sehr schön, ruhig, erholsam und hundefreundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten, welcher nochmal durch einen Weidezaun vor Wild schützt, bietet nicht nur ein gepflegten Pool, sondern hat alles was man für seine Bedürfnisse braucht. Es sind ausreichend verschiedene Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Grillecke mit eigenem Waschbecken vorhanden. Allgemein ist der Garten am Abend mit seiner Beleuchtung, dem See im Hintergrund und den Glühwürmchen ein absolutes Traumambiente. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr und Gewürzen vorhanden, sodass man nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, wird es nicht bereuen.

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

A great stay. The surrounding garden is stunning, wild, and exactly what you picture a Tuscan country house to be. Butterflies and bees everywhere, birds, hares, just magical. The house and guesthouses are spacious and well stocked, very comfortable for 4 couples or two families with children. Overall the house and property is very well maintained with rustic charm. Also highly recommend Isabella, Fabrizio, and Lily to come cook one night, they handled our family of 17 with ease and the food was delicious. A few things that could be improved: The lack of air conditioning was not too bad in late June, it cools down enough at night with fans. However, the biggest negative of the house is the lack of window screens. If the windows are open at night with any lights on, the room will fill with many, many, many bugs. I feel this is an absolutely necessary addition to the bedrooms, in order to sleep comfortably. The wifi also needs to be improved, as it does not reach beyond the kitchen.
