Apartman se nalazi oko 50 metara od kožinskog mora koje je u samom vrhu po čistoći. Apartman ima svoju terasu,a na raspolaganju je krovna terasa na vrhu kuće s predivnim pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. Prekrasno je na njoj popiti i jutarnju kavu, kao i sunčati se na ležaljki.
