In short, a beautiful apartment in beautiful surroundings! This is hands down the best airbnb we have been in. Sophia was very helpful and always responsive. We had a very comfortable stay.

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! Gorgeous apartment! Very comfortable for my family and great location to explore Lake Lucerne. Mareen and Hesham were great hosts, always responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Livia's place is great, everything was spotless and comfortable. She gave us a crib with a cool gift for our daughter. The balcony has a beautiful view, and the apartment has everything you need to cook, wash clothes, etc. She was very helpful during our stay. Super recommend.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

We had a great two-night stay. Regula is very friendly and we felt right at home. Although the apartment is in the upper floor, the place is very children friendly. We certainly enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony as well. From the apartment everything is easy to access. We are happy to come back.

Unfortunately, we only stayed a few hours in the house of Adina and her family. We went back to the Netherlands by car the same evening because young children could sleep in the car. The house was a very nice stopover where we could really relax. It is equipped with all comforts, a spacious beautiful garden and beautiful views! The children enjoyed playing in the garden. Adina and her husband are very hospitable, thank you again for the delicious wine! See you soon!

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

What a wonderful and peaceful experience it was to stay at Emanuel’s greenhouse. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. His offer (and accepted) to pick organic strawberries from inside the greenhouse was much appreciated.

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

I just experienced the best three nights of staying at an Airbnb. I would like to begin with how Andrea helped me plan my itinerary in Switzerland without even booking her place. She was so helpful in chalking out my plan, ways to get there, local recommendations, etc. Her house is magnificent, so tasteful. Her house feels like an ultra luxury stay with most amenities one might need. My kids were so happy with the toys, books play station at her place. The location of her place makes an excellent base to explore lot of neighbouring area in central Switzerland. She recommended some great local attractions which were a delight to visit. Her house is so serene located right next to an open field. I really enjoyed stargazing sitting outdoors sipping some lovely wine. I would rate this stay a 1000/10. I would choose to stay here over any five or seven star property. Her place is not just a stay but an Airbnb experience in itself. Will stay here again for sure.

Both Regula and her husband, Satcha, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They walked us through the entire property, explaining how everything worked....they even had the pool cleaned spotlessly...they had an outdoor pizza oven and a small garden with herbs for your cooking, and lettuce growing which we were welcome to use. The house had everything that we could have possibly needed, and they checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we had everything that we need. I would highly recommend this home for your traveling and vacation needs!

Very nice and spacious home. Extremely lovingly furnished. There is simply nothing missing. There are many cozy seats, games and even a piano. We enjoyed the large terrace and the beautiful garden with herbs, strawberries, currants and cherries with our four children. We even saw a golden eagle. Josef gave us great tips for varied excursions in the Surselva. And there was a lot to discover: alphorn blowers, marmots, hiking, toboggan run, a herd of donkeys, modern art, a procession and medieval chapels. In short: We can highly recommend the house and will gladly come back. Thank you very much for everything Josef!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

It was close to the station, so it was good for getting around. I went earlier than the check-in time, but I was able to rest because you kindly guided me. They also paid attention to the washing machine mistakes I made, and even took pictures and explained them in an easy-to-understand way. I had a good rest with my mom in a good location. Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

Alessia was a wonderful and responsive host. She met us at check in and was very flexible with our arrival time. She helped us to get settled and immediately offered us some lunch recommendations and even helped us set up a boat tour to go on during our trip. Definitely ask her about this! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. Parking was easy and free. One thing to note is that you should be prepared for the steep hill you need to climb to get back to the apartment! Do not underestimate it! But overall this was a lovely stay with an amazing host with GORGEOUS lake views and a huge balcony.

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

The area is really beautiful. They were two seperate rooms with a kitchen. The hosts were really friendly and also provided us with extra Ventilators due to the terrific heat. Over all, Nice stay.

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.
