Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Carinas home was great, modern spacious clean living areas and bedrooms, close to a great coffee shop. Big tv’s in all rooms were a bonus. Would stay again.

This place was wonderful. Only downside for me is that I'm not that tech savey to work the tv. Maybe it was a good thing. When the younger people came the next day, they figured it out. Opening up the windows was very pleasant. I love to hear the sealions that are at the beach. Smell of the water so close. was maybe a 5 minute walk if that. Plenty of space. Its 2 stories and the bottom level is like a in-law unit. Its own living space, bedroom, full bath. Just no fridge down stairs. Id stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the festivities over the Fourth of July. The house was located very close to the beach. Perfect for kite flying, walking, and bike riding. Enjoyed playing the arcade game and ping pong in the game room. Spent many beautiful mornings on the roof top deck. Also, the beds were really comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Great comfy clean modern beach home. Shannon is very responsive to queries and has thought of everything. We stay in alot of vacation rentals and The Melrose is top notch. Generous and thoughtful host. Things like tons of good Pete’s coffee pods and creamer, teas etc. Popcorn Lots of extra supplies like kitchen items foils, ziplocks, paper towels, TP even bottled water. Beds were comfy, amazing spa master bath and a great quiet neighborhood too. Lots of beachtoys and even wetsuits for the whole family. Shannon was a joy to interact with too.

We had a wonderful time in the boatel. Wished we could have stayed longer. It is such a beautiful location and lots to do around. The boat is really comfortable for our family. We enjoyed our stay very much

This was probably the most favorite Airbnb I have booked thus far. Truly the cutest little apartment in Ventura. It was extremely walkable, and I thought the street parking would be difficult, but it was not a problem during our stay. I will say that although the location is convenient, you are right next to the street - so if you are someone who needs earplugs to rest or needs complete silence I recommend bringing some as it can be loud out there in the late hours. This place was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed to do! Thank you so much David! We plan to visit again!

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.
