Holiday rentals with a patio in Simpsonville

The accommodations were great. Just as described by the property owner on AirBnB The layout is very open. The closets are huge. The kitchen had more items than I’m used to seeing in an AirBnB kitchen; spices, cooking oils, storage containers & foil. Very useable kitchen for a quiet night in. There is an upscale Food Lion within walking distance & a CVS pharmacy around the corner that stays open late (even the pharmacy). The location is just 5-8 minutes from downtown Greenville and a very easy drive. We were attending a wedding & reception that was near Travelers Rest but chose Greenville because of everything to do & everything so close by. Christopher was very responsive to a couple text that I had. And is taking care of mailing me my keys that I left in one of the drawers that his cleaning staff reported finding (before I even noticed). I really apprectate Christopher’s help resolving this. Will definitely book with Christopher again next time I’m in Greenville. 5 Stars

We want to return!!! The Dwelling Place was adorable, cozy, perfectly appointed, and perfectly located. We loved the way Susan made the MOST of the space ... she thought of everything to make The Dwelling Place feel like home away from home.

We had an absolute delight staying at Cindy's place! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, and close to all the essential amenities. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our kids had a blast playing at the community's playground and taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, admiring the charming homes. This was our first experience staying in a tiny community like this, and we're so glad we discovered Cindy's gem. It's now our go-to 'second home' whenever we're in the Piedmont/Greenville, SC area. A huge thank you to Cindy and her co-hosts for providing our family with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciate your hospitality!

The apartment was amazing , the moment i walked the home smelt wonderful. The host responded to all my messages quickly and really made me feel at home. If I'm ever in Greenville ill definitely stay here again. If your thinking about booking this home , just do it !! You wont be disappointed.

We were in town for a family wedding, and this was a wonderful home for us to gather and host a small brunch. We loved the porch especially! It’s a nice neighborhood, quiet and also close to shops and restaurants.

We were in Greenville for a quick weekend trip for a wedding. This house was perfect. VERY clean, comfortable mattresses, large bedrooms and lots of room to hang out! The pool was so nice for a little dip! The host is wonderful! Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. Another couple went with us and called her mom and said we need to stay here. Enjoyed sitting outside and eating breakfast in the cool morning air. Slept great! Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home.

Roberta's place is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! We appreciated the Keurig in the kitchen, the TVs in each bedroom, awesome water pressure in the shower, and the close proximity to BJU. My husband is in a wheelchair and he found it very easy to navigate in the house. We brought our ramp to navigate the steps up to the porch. The only thing we would have loved to see was access to filtered water in the fridge or a Brita water pitcher. My daughter and I enjoyed appreciating the beautiful decor throughout the house and the master bath feels like a spa. It is a beautiful oasis with a huge back yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Joe’s place was beautiful. There also was everything we could need. We loved the little touches like shampoo and conditioner. All the toilet paper we could need, even toothpaste if we needed it. This is also a great location so close to downtown. It’s also very kid friendly. We will definitely come back if need to visit Greenville again.

I'll definitely return to The Beehive, the location is amazing! It was within walking distance to parking, The Peace Center, restaurants of all types, shopping and even Falls Park!

Great value for cost. Property is secure and comfortable. The room was cool and comfortable and had excellent humidity control. Despite location in a busier part of town, the room was very quiet. Check-in was flexible and the host was very responsive. For solo travelers looking for a quiet spot in a convenient location for getting around Greenville, this is a great option.

We absolutely loved our trip! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. We loved the outdoor patio to enjoy the evenings on both nights we were there. We would stay here again if we came back to Greenville.

We had a wonderful (quiet) wedding weekend across the street from the hotel where the reception was and where everyone else was staying. There was plenty to keep us busy with the river walk, artist studios, and expansive farmers market! I'm already looking forward to my next trip back.
