This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The house itself is surrounded by the most beautiful shaded trees. The pictures of the home do not do it justice. This was the first place I stayed where reality far exceeds what was shown in the pictures. If you are looking for a peaceful, serene, yet fun place to call home for a few days, this is it. We built fires every night, fished, kayaked, and got to see deer (one of our favorite animals). We would absolutely come back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The country apple cottage was lovely! It felt more like home than our own home. Everything was neat and beautifully followed the theme. The instructions made everything pretty easy. Our kids felt right at home and enjoyed exploring the property in the morning. As a family with littles, we didn’t have to move anything out of reach of our young kids, no glass and very few breakable items. We definitely recommend it to families with kids and anyone wanting an escape from the city.

We had a lovely stay in Lauren's home. You feel like you're living in the Brady Bunch house! Classic 1960s everything. The beds and seating were all very comfortable, and we enjoyed the abundant decks, the hammock, the kayak, the TV... the kitchen had everything you could want, and we appreciated the extra bag of ice and cans of sparkling water they left for us. We highly recommend it. If you're more noise-sensitive, we recommend the downstairs bedroom, which is insulated from the noisier/brighter open layout of the upstairs.

What a serene and peaceful way to bring in the new year and celebrate my partner's birthday all coupled with unbeatable lakes views. We had an amazing time, went on several hikes, had great coffee, and just relaxed. The host was responsive and accommodating as we requested a later check out for a slower morning and it was immediately granted. If you want to get away for some peace and quite or sprinkle your stay with activity, your choice but this place is where you should stay.
