Posizione in alto ma strategica con un bellissimo panorama sul porto di Patitiri e vicino alla strada per le maggiori spiagge. Host gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a ogni nostra esigenza. Tenete molto presente questo studios.

Studio spacieux et bien équipé. Balcon confortable avec superbe vue sur la mer. Hôte sympathique. Parfait !

Dimitirs was extremely helpful providing recommendations for our stay in Skiathos. He communicated ahead of our arrival where to meet him to be guided to the villa as cars cannot reach the front door. The villa was spacious and perfectly clean. Ideal location if wanting to walk and explore Skiathos city!

We stayed at Eleftheria's apartment for a week during our stay in Skopelos and we had a wonderful time! Eleftheria was always available and responsive and she made sure we had everything we needed. Eleftheria's mother, Vasiliki, was staying next door and provided a hotel-like service: every day we found clean towels in our bed and our apartment was kept organized and clean every day. She was very kind and also took care of our laundry. The place itself was cute. Spacious enough for a couple with a toddler. The facilities were simple, the rooms were well-maintained and spacious. The bathroom was small but convenient. The kitchen was enough for preparing breakfast but it could certainly be improved. There was only a small electric stove/oven and the fridge was small, but since we mostly ate outside we didn't bother. The location was ideal, right across from Panormos beach, and a 10 min drive from Ftelia, Kastani and Milia. We highly recommend the place for couples or small families!

Very good choice, I recommend it. Host is kind and useful and it has a bus station right outside the apartment and a supermarket across which is really convenient. Overall a great stay

The host, Marina, is a beautiful person that has taken care of us and helped us with everything we needed. The location of the apartment is really good (7 min walking or less from the center of the town). We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall a great experience.

The apartment is located in the middle of Skopelos town, very close to the harbour and the bus stop. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately we overlooked that there was no wifi and we were visited by a cockroach. Otherwise we had no problems. The communication with Evangelina was great, she even left us some greek sweets and Tomato’s from her garden.

Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ο καθένας. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το βεραντάκι όλα τα λεφτά. Η παραλία προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια σε 2-3 λεπτά. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας περίμενε το απόγευμα που φτάσαμε, μας οδήγησε στο διαμέρισμα και μας έδωσε πολύ βοηθητικές πληροφορίες για την περιοχή ώστε να περάσουμε πάρα πολύ όμορφα. Παρόλο που μείναμε μέσα στον Αύγουστο, ήταν τόσο δροσερά που δεν ανοίξαμε ούτε τον ανεμιστήρα, ενώ δεν είχε και καθόλου κουνούπια. Θέλει λίγη προσοχή σε κάποια θεματάκια για να γίνει άριστο, κυρίως με τη μυρωδιά από την αποχέτευση της τουαλέτας. Εμείς πάντως ρίξαμε αρκετό απορρυπαντικό την πρώτη ημέρα και δε μας ξαναενόχλησε. Σε γενικές γραμμές, περάσαμε υπέροχα και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Peaceful location with stunning views . I arrived late & Jaqueline was waiting for me , she was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly throughout the stay & nothing was too much trouble. . The apartment was clean & well equipped , close to troulos beach with a bus stop right at the bottom of the drive to Skiathos. The hill up to the apartment is a challenge but it kept me fit walking up it a few times a day. Highly recommend staying here & will definitely return. Thank you Jaqueline 😊

Superbe petit balcon avec vue sur mer dans un petit coin tranquille. L’hôte nous avait conseillé les bons restaurant à côté. Plage accessible par un petit chemin à 5’ et au retour douche en plein air en bas de la maison. So cool !

What a wonderful stay! The house was great… everything is new and well-done. The location is perfect… just a couple km from Skopelos Town. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation!

The house is spotless & very well appointed, & the views from both balconies overlooked the bay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the little beach/bay with sun loungers & 2 Tavernas plus a bar. There is a tiny little shop with limited provisions in the port. The main ferry port is a 15 minute walk (lots of steps, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems). There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful old town up on the hill is 20 minutes drive away. Our host Niki, was very friendly & helpful, she kindly booked a taxi to meet us from the ferry port on our arrival & take us to the house & also a rental car & arranged for it to be delivered to the house. We had a wonderful time on the island & it was great to have a car & visit the little beaches & taverna’s around the island. There are boat trips & self drive boats available from the old port too. We would recommend Niki’s house for a holiday, a quiet peaceful place to stay on a beautiful island ☺️

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l’environnement, du calme de l’endroit. Les plages sont super pour en profiter et pour observer les poissons. Très très calme et plages presque pour nous seuls à cette saison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à Elinika et recommandons cet endroit pour passer des vacances au calme dans une île vraiment préservée qui a beaucoup de charme et de potentiel.

Total unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist ruhig und strandnah. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gemütliche Tavernen mit sehr freundlichem Personal praktisch vor der Haustüre

This apartment is a good base for anyone wanting to explore Skiathos. The location is close to the port town, but also to the beach. Worth noting to any future guests that there was no air con in the bedroom, but we left the bedroom doors open and the aircon just about reached us there.

We had a wonderful stay at Milly’s house as a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is as described, clean, large and very well equipped. Considering it’s based on a busy road, it is very quiet and peaceful. Spyridoula is a great host, very friendly and responsive and accommodated us with extra requirements immediately. Skiathos is a fantastic, beautiful island and we’d love to stay again at Milly’s House hosted by Spyridoula. One thing to note is the wifi in the house is patchy, so ensure you have extra data.

Il soggiorno presso ll'appartamento di Dimitrios è stato molto piacevole, lui si è dimostrato disponibile per tutte le nostre necessità. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza di due persone. Dimitrios ci ha inoltre dato ottimi consigli sui posti più belli da vedere. Vivamente consigliato!

Beautiful and authentic home with spectacular terrace. Hosts very hospitable. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely room and host. The roof terrace looking over the harbour is spectacular. The location is good if you’re happy to climb lots of steps through the town. Anna left some lovely wine and lots of biscuits. Everything suited us perfectly.

The apartment is really nice and it felt like at home. We stayed there for a week and the mother of Ioanna look after us very well. Also she cleaned the apartment and changed the linen and towels in the middle of our stay. Ioanna comunicats friendly, proactive and answers fast. The location is only a few minutes from the port and has everything you need nearby. I can highly recommend this place!

This is a review that was so easy to write...... what a lovely apartment! Immaculately clean, everything you need included, and a beautiful space.....and the huge balcony/terrace area was awesome. The location was perfect for the main street and yet was super quiet, the nearest beach was a 5 min walk, and the bus stop was the same. Anna, the host, was available throughout, and always answered and questions really quickly. Whenever we return to Skiathos this will be our go to place to stay, without doubt! Thank you Anna, for a wonderful stay!!!

It was a last minute decision to book this apartment and we are so glad we did! It was just perfect. Clean, spacious and well equipped with an amazing view over the sea from the huge roof terrace. Location is great. Just short walk to the supermarket/bakery and the old port and town too. A special mention to Dimitris who was so lovely. He met us on arrival and gave us some fantastic advice on where to go and what to do. He really helped us to make the most of our stay- thank you. Would definitely return here .
