Welcome to this cozy apartment with proximity to the sea, nature, shopping and famous excursions. Here you have 200 meters to the sea, 4 km to Torp Shopping Center, 9 km to five-star camping with pool, water slide, sandy beach, high altitude track and hiking trails. If you want to visit the gems of the west coast, you will reach Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad and Lysekil in less than an hour. The apartment has two outdoor seating areas with sea view and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small football field is also available just outside.

Walking/jogging trails just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Close to many of the west coast's summer gems such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and the E6 road. During the high season, we only rent out weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, a minimum of 2 nights.

Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

With us, you will stay in a small cottage from the 1800s, with a large balcony and access to a garden. You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

The house has an attractive location in the middle of the archipelago and close to Gullmarsfjorden, from where you can sail all the way out to Lysekil and Skagerrak. From the country house, you can reach the cozy fishing villages of Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Lysekil in 30 minutes.

You will find Sweden's west coast pearls, Smögen, Hunnebostrand with just a car ride of about 40 minutes. The shopping center Torp, you can get to by car in 10 minutes. Here, you have the opportunity to fish in Gullmarn. Here you live close to nature with several beautiful environments to enjoy, for example, the nature reserve Bokskogen. Newly built, well planned Attefall house close to the sea and nature. Here you can experience the beautiful west coast with all its nature experiences and pleasures. Only 5 minutes walk to salty swimming and fishing. The Attefall house has a large patio, perfect for BBQ evenings and relaxing. The accommodation is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, shower and washing machine. In the living room there is a TV and sofa bed. In the loft there is one double bedroom with wardrobes.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.
