Endless sunset was a wonderful and restful cabin stay after a trying day (we struck a deer on the way to RRG). The newly built cabin has a wraparound porch equipped with a hot tub, fans, seating and lighting. While our stay was short, it was quite relaxing. The bed was comfy and the A/C cooled down the cabin quickly. Highly recommended!

The cabin was luxurious and comfortable with AC units and fans upstairs and separate AC downstairs. Misty mornings, quiet evenings, and great views. Note - the “road” is loose gravel with 20 degree inclines/declines and an average of 8-12 degrees in most places. No need for a crawl gear but significant attention to the breaks and use of first gear are recommended. Samuel’s directions were solid but the lack of signage may result in some nail biting moments. I wouldn’t try it in a minivan, but a Jeep, truck with 4WD, etc should have no problems if you take it slow.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The decks are really nice and it has pond access for fishing. Great kitchen and comfy seating. The hosts were really responsive (we booked for a weekend with a big storm lol) but it was so much fun. The only thing I will say is that if you don’t have 4 wheel drive you might want to make sure you have a bigger car. About 5 minutes of the drive is bumpy and steep and the driveway is pretty steep. But I would definitely stay here again and it felt super secluded and relaxing.

Absolutely loved this place. Came for a three day getaway with my teenagers. I picked this cabin for the aesthetic, because the decor was so great. I didn’t want something that felt like a “lodge”. The cabin was perfect. It is slightly hard to find but I think they just need to put a big wooden plaque at the end of driveway! Also, I was worried because of some of the reviews—this place is very clean. You are in the middle of the woods. Of course there were spiders and cobwebs outside by the hot tub but that is completely expected!!! The fire pit was easy to find as it was sitting right at the top of the drive with the chairs. I have zero complaints and would recommend this to anyone. I love that it’s decorated more modern than other nearby cabin! Also very private neighborhood. Close to everything. Be sure to drive the scenic route nearby of the gorge! We did zip lining, horseback riding, crystal kayaks, and utvs. Amazing.

Our family had a lovely time staying at Holly’s place. The house was very clean and quiet tucked into the mountain. There was a lot of activities for my 3 little kids. They loved the hot tub the most but also really enjoyed the hidden room. We had a bon fire, played board games, watched movies. There are so many hikes that are short for kids but also very scenic , all within 30 min from her cabin. We would definitely love to visit again!

We had a great stay with Destination U! The cabin was clean and made a perfect getaway. Great location to local restaurants and hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful cabin is situated in a nice out of the way pocket of forest off of a gravel road. The directions given to find it were good and GPS got us there without issue. Everything looks brand new and is spotless. The hot tub was perfect, the snacks were tasty. We loved the morning view out of the huge windows in the upper deck. This place is incredibly comfortable and I'm hoping we can make it back here sometime.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive from the moment I booked. The space was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Finding a place is slightly troublesome but we had fun driving around the neighborhood. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay!

Lovely, cute cabin…perfect size and accommodations for me and my small dog. Most of all- it was super clean, smelled like the knotty pine interior. Tristan was a great responsive host. I will return, for sure!

We loved our stay at Mycelium Manor! This cabin is beautiful and we loved the mushroom theme. The space was perfect for our dog. We loved sitting on the porch with the view of the woods to relax after a hike. Very peaceful! The host had great local recommendations, I’d highly recommend a visit!

Absolutely loved staying here!! The cabin is very clean and perfect for two people. The hot tub was very relaxing. There’s walking trails on the property and two stocked ponds for fishing. Lots of awesome nearby trails. Highly recommend the Chimney Top Trail and the Sky Bridge Trail. We’d definitely stay here again.

Mark offers this quaint cabin in a beautiful, natural setting. The place has great views as it's situated on a hillside overlooking a little forested valley. Driving to it is typical of Kentucky's rural roads in mountainous areas: hilly with abundant curves. Once you're there the cabin provides a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of warm wood tones and textures, a well-equipped kitchen, and personal memorabilia from Mark's life and work. We felt so comfortable in every corner of the house. The bedroom was cozy, the bathroom clean and modern, and the TV room had plenty of options. The kitchen provided a familiar experience for us, since Mark had the same kinds of cooking tools we have at home. Our favorite time there was spent enjoying our morning coffee out on the front porch with the valley's peaceful views. Between sips we watched the local songbirds gather their own breakfasts in the treetops. We would most definitely return here; the autumn foliage should be spectacular.

This place was amazing! Of course like listed, there is highway noise but it isnt noticeable at all, especially during the night.

We loved the cabin and it was a perfect getaway place to relax and enjoy time with friends and celebrate the girls senior year. The hot tub was a great hit and was used every night. They even have a hammock! Well stocked kitchen with coffee maker and toaster. Very responsive hosts and the beds were super comfy. The drive is beautiful but windy so be careful. Might want to arrive in the daytime. A comfy cozy cabin that we would definitely come back to.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to stay in and cook meals. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the cabin was only a short drive away from most of the attractions we visited. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a cozy place to stay in the Red River Gorge area!

This cabin was everything we were hoping for and more! Tucked away in the woods just outside Red River Gorge, it offered the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and clearly well cared for. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds and thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how well-stocked and welcoming the space was—it’s obvious the hosts truly care about their guests’ experience. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to all the major hikes and attractions in the Gorge, but far enough out to feel like a true escape. What an incredible spot in the gorge! Tucked away on a hill near Natural Bridge, this is a prime location. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. My favorite moment from the trip was sitting in the hot tub as the rain came down and hearing it on the roof and trees. There's plenty of space for a couple or a medium-sized family. I can't think of any improvements that could be made. Thanks for having us!

Painters Cabin was a perfect choice for me and my climbing parter. Awesome location if you’re climbing at Pendergrass Murray or Muir Valley. Arron was quick to answer any questions and was readily available. I would definitely stay again.

Perfectly peaceful and private getaway spot. Loved the wrap around deck, crows nest and hot tub. Great location for adventures in the gorge.

This was a wonderful place to stay, we could not have been happier! We are considering coming back in the fall. The only hiccup we had was arriving at dusk which made it a little more challenging then it really is. We would recommend staying here to anyone coming to the area. My wife and I spent a couple days at Red River Gorge and stayed at Candi & Ches' beautiful A-frame cabin. The view is unmatched, and it's right there in the backyard. We had a great time just sitting by the bonfire and looking out over the mountains for hours. The big point behind the trip was to hike a bit of RRG, but when we talk about the trip we've been talking just as much about Triangles on Furnace as we did Natural Bridge itself. There was so much to enjoy at the cabin, but it wasn't ever too much--a fire pit, hot tub, grill, the essentials. Then, there were just some nice touches, like the Aroma 360 and the blue tooth built into the bathroom light. Candi & Ches are awesome. They sent a list of fun things going on in the Stanton area a few days before we got there, and were always very communicative. We bumped into Ches when we were checking in and had a nice convo with him, too. Recommended a few favorite restaurants for us. If you're hiking RRG at all, this is the place!
