Monthly Rentals in Slate Mills

Rosemary's Nest is awesome! The view off the front porch is a different movie every night. Old Rag, White Oak Canyon and the Skyline Drive are about 40 minutes away, Culpeper is 16 miles away. I suppose we were a little different type of guests, as we stayed ~six months. I was there to recover from a full hip replacement and the steep-ish driveway was perfect for physical therapy. Rosemary and Joe became like family, kept an eye out for us and they invited us upstairs for many delicious dinners and a Civil War quiz. If I have to get my other hip done in the next year or so, we certainly will be returning!

This place was so wonderful! We had a men’s retreat and it was a perfect size and location for us. If you’re looking for a place to gather that is peaceful and quiet, but also has things to do this is the one! The WiFi is fast and the kitchen is big, and the side loft is great for a family who needs some extra space or privacy!

We loved it! Super cute, clean, cozy! Beds were great! Kids room too cute. What a wonderful stay and responsive host!

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Comfortably slept 4 adults. The house is well appointed. The fully fenced yard was amazing to have with our two dogs who loved sniffing around and exploring. It’s easy to drive to Culpepper or many of the breweries or wineries in the area. We’d definitely consider staying again.
