The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. The warm ambiance, enhanced by soft music and gentle lighting, instantly made us feel at home. V's interior decor is truly one of a kind, reflecting her fantastic personality and talent for design. I had an amazing stay at this house, The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Immaculate and peaceful house, beautifully kept and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the open plan kitchen space and terrace. Everyone was very comfortable - great beds, linen, towels, well equipped kitchen, children’s kitchenware, really everything we could have hoped for. The host was very prompt with replies to a question prior to checkin and we had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back (or just live there permanently!).

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

A great house, open plan, light and a stunning outdoor area with views across the countryside. Perfect weekend away with a group of friends. Close to Denbies Vineyard, which was worth the visit on a sunny day. Would recommend for any group looking for a space to relax and entertain.

This is a beautifully presented home. Lots of historic character and decorated in a way that makes you feel like you're staying somewhere way more expensive for a real bargain of a price. Titilola was really responsive beforehand. I am sometimes a bit nervous of properties where the host lives on site but they were great, friendly when we bumped into them but really unobtrusive. We stayed with young kids and grandparents and the house worked for all of us which is rare. The village is just the right size, with a playground, cafe, local shops and pubs all walkable. I wish we'd looked up more about it beforehand and planned more time there. we'll definitely be considering staying again, if only to make the most of the excellent book selection!

We spent 3 and a half weeks in this lovely apartment during our trip to London. The apartment was in an excellent and vibrant location with easy access to transportation to all areas of London. It was a good size and very private. The balcony was a treat-we were able to watch the VE Day flyover from there. A great range of food outlets were close by. Communication was excellent throughout with prompt replies to any queries. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a pleasant time in London.

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

This was a great 2-week stay. The apartment has everything, including a desk where I could write, a real kitchen, and lots of plants. The back yard is private and charming. I slept well, wasn't bothered by neighbors, and got to know Hackney. Alice communicates promptly and thinks ahead.

Had a fabulous stay at Ben's place. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio was well equipped with everything you could want and the extra touches like the fresh milk were much appreciated after a long journey. A beautiful area and we loved watching the red kites flying and swooping in the skies above. All in all a fantastic place. Thanks very much for such a great weekend!

We came and stayed for one night to acclimatise our hyper-sensitive dog to going away from home. Really lovely and peaceful for us all. Views of the farms were lovely and everything in the space is what we needed. Met the owners the next day and they were super.

Flew in from Australia, and needed a nice place to stay near Heathrow when we landed. The place was just what we needed. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower and a Mikila had provided a few basics for breakfast. All very much appreciated after a long journey.

we were lucky to stumble across this gem due to a last minute cancellation. it was exactly what we were hoping for and more. the location, the cabin, the surroundings were magical and the break from reality we so needed. thank you so much Clare for all your help and for allowing us to see your part of the world in such a perfect way. Christine was a very helpful host! My accountant had travelled from New Zealand and was really welcomed as she arrived. Extremely grateful to her hospitality! The house ‘cabin’ was perfect!! Self contained, views from all windows and very peaceful …. Thank you so much !

Great spot for a short getaway, not far from London or Guildford, yet feels incredibly secluded and like you are far further afield than you are. The site was comfortable and the features like the sauna and outdoor were a real treat. Frank was always keen to help, assisting with our bags and catering for extra demands like a late check-out. Look forward to returning in the future.

I had such a lovely nights stop over. Waking to the view and sounds of the lake in the morning was just amazing and had a lovely breakfast in the cafe. Lovely hosts! Really well equipped for such a compact space. Thanks again, would love to return one day.

Just back from a one night stay at the cabin. We were met by Daniel who was friendly welcoming. The cabin is in the garden tucked away. More specious than it appears on the photos. It was clean and tidy. Nice decor, bedding and towels. Tea, sugar and coffee pods provided. We took our own coffee and milk. We had visited Hatfield house so chose here as close. Definitely worth a visit. Beautiful inside and out. We ate at The Crooked Chimney pub just 5 mins away. Food was delicious. Slept very well as it was so peaceful at the cabin. We really enjoyed our stay here and Daniel was a good host, thank you.

Lovely cabin to visit, just like the pictures, and not far from Henley. Great communication from the hosts with clear instructions.
