The home is a 20 minute drive from Vik, where you can get groceries and restaurants, but it's a beautiful drive so we didn't mind it at all. We sat and watched the sky change over the fjord every morning.

Everything was good, the accommodation looked like the pictures and matched the description. The contact with Trude was pleasant and uncomplicated. ☺️ We felt comfortable!

An extraordinary overnight stay with a view that most people probably only have very rarely in life! The Birdbox is lovingly and stylishly furnished. We enjoyed this unique experience very much and can highly recommend it. The last part is a bit adventurous with the motorhome and certainly not recommended in bad weather. Therefore, in case of doubt, call the hosts beforehand and park the motorhome before the start of the gravel road.

Super cozy and gorgeous views -- a real highlight of an Airbnb! Kitchen was well stocked with basic pots and pans for cooking, the hosts responded quickly - and made it feel personal with a note and a little treat!, and we loved coming back each night after a long day's adventures. Would definitely recommend if Vik is central to your plans for your Norway trip -- we did a bunch of day trips from here going up to 2 hours in various directions.
