Relax at this newly renovated sun filled apartment in the heart of the Città del Vino, Terricciola. On the first floor, it boasts its own private terrace with BBQ. All home comforts were carefully thought out during the renovation process. The bedroom has a matrimonial size bed with memory foam mattress & pillows. The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away

The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. In less than an hour by car, you can visit Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, a little more in Florence, and get to the sea in a short time. Accommodation tax €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 days from April 21 to October 30. Children under 10 and the disabled are exempt.
