Relax at this newly renovated sun filled apartment in the heart of the Città del Vino, Terricciola. On the first floor, it boasts its own private terrace with BBQ. All home comforts were carefully thought out during the renovation process. The bedroom has a matrimonial size bed with memory foam mattress & pillows. The kitchen has all modern appliances + The bathroom has a large shower with toilet, bidet & sink. Laundry is outside on the terrace with a full size washing machine. Come & enjoy!

This lovely apartment has a private car parking and a stunning view over the hills. The village is only 25 min. from Pisa Airport and 35 min. from the coast.

Das Haus, am Südhang von Morrona, liegt sehr ruhig, in Dorfnähe, das man zu Fuss in 3 Minuten erreicht. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Alimentari und ein Café/Bar. Ideale Position um die Toskana zu erkunden. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florenz sowie die Küste sind alle in weniger als in 1 Autostunde zu erreichen

Volterra è a 20 minuti.

Welcome to this charming and comfortable house, with a wide range of citrus fruits and a big garden where you can have a barbecue, sunbathe and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. It is composed of a hall, a balcony, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, two large bedrooms with double beds and a bright and comfortable living room with a double sofa bed. There are two extra single beds in the bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
