Strategic location, half anhour drive from Pisa airport and Florence, 45 minutes from the sea with beach or rocks and from the major cities of art: Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano. Volterra is 20 minutes away.

The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away

There are two extra single beds in the bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
