One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. With a view of the Texel Group, 700 m above the valley basin of the city of Merano, you immerse yourself in a small paradise, secluded and far from everyday life. Only the bells of the sheep, the crowing of the rooster and the gentle sounds of the wind chime complement the song of nature. The farm is managed agriculturally and gastronomically. There is also a farm shop, with a wide variety of tasting options (food packages).
