This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

The house has five large bedrooms with AC, w/en-suite bathrooms, two kitchens, various lounges, a living and a dining room, a billiards room, a spectacular staircase, and two toilets. There is also a beautiful pool (optional heated and at a cost) for your enjoyment.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

This vacation home is located in the bay of Port de Sóller, in the quiet residential area of “Torre Picada.” It combines the best of the sea and mountains. In the vicinity of Sóller and the port, less than half an hour by car, it is recommended to visit other cities and towns, such as Deiá, Valldemossa, Fornalutx. Sa Calobra and Cala Tuent 45 minutes. For the more athletic, there are hiking trails that connect Port de Sóller with Deiá and Valldemossa.
