House holiday rentals in Son Parc

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Just returned after 12 days at the Villa. Lovely location with great views of the sea. Lots of coves to swim from. The Villa was very well equipped with everything thing you could possibly need. We loved the different areas to sit throughout the day. Very good restaurant just down the road. We walked to nearby towns Cala Toret and Punta Prima. All in all a wonderful holiday.

We had a great time at Chloë and Philippe's place. The house is large, bright and the decoration neat. The environment is very peaceful, the view is clear. Communication with Philippe and Chloë was very fluid and friendly! I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We booked this villa last minute and were so impressed with how beautiful it was, clean, amazing location, beautiful pool. The team who manage the villa especially Jody were absolutely fantastic and we can’t thank them enough for making our first holiday to Menorca so special. We will definitely be back. Thank you 🤩

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

We had a great stay at Maria's, very welcoming and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations: quiet, central to the island, a little isolated, but everything is quickly accessible by car, which makes it Perfect spot. Note, the access is a little narrow, a small or medium car is preferable, but there are two parking spaces. The space is large, faithful to the photos, and very clean. The pool is a real plus: warm, quiet, with impeccable deckchairs. It can be hot, especially upstairs, but fans are present on the ceiling in the bedrooms. And bonus: a cute little cat that we hope will be pampered by the next tenants. Excellent value for money in Menorca, ideal for relaxing, visiting and enjoying the view.

We were very well received by Séraphin when we arrived. He showed us the house and told us everything there was to discover in the area (beaches, restaurants, shops). The house is perfect and faithful to the photos of the listing. We really enjoyed the pool with our children and the little extra, the ping pong table located in the shade. We highly recommend this rental.

Excellent vacation, beautiful villa, warm and in a beautiful place.

A very easy house to live in for a family, even with small children. A very relaxing setting lulled by the lapping of the sea at the bottom of the property. Good communication with Robert which helped prepare the stay well. Off season, beware of the closure of many shops and restaurants on the coast. But we manage to adapt

An amazing stay at this beautiful villa… the views don’t disappoint! We found it so peaceful and the pool was the perfect size and temperature for us to enjoy any time of day. The area is lovely and quiet, we were a little concerned when we booked about the airplane routes, but they pass so quickly and so infrequently they didn’t disturb us at all. It’s my tenth time to the island and definitely my favourite place to stay so far. We stayed with our toddler and baby, so the size was perfect - and we were all very happy. I’d definitely recommend and come back to stay again. Jorge was also very easy and lovely to deal with.

Edward’s property was perfect for our girls holiday. The pool was large and had the sun all day. The islands small so wasn’t tricky to get anywhere and the villa is in a lovely neighbourhood by the golf club. There are restaurants, a pub, and the beach nearby. Edward was a great host, he was super responsive and helpful before and during the trip. He kindly allowed us to have early check in and late check out. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the island, and for grocery trips. Taxi’s are also super easy to get if not. 5/5 rating for us! Would defo recommend :)

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

Carlos was a great host. The house has unbeatable views with direct access to the sea. Breakfast on the priceless porch. Very cozy, easy and tastefully decorated. The area is very quiet and encourages you to take a walk along the coast. The kitchen is very complete and the cleanliness is perfect. Nice to have enjoyed it...

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

We were three adults looking for a quiet, relaxing stay away from crowds. S'Olivera is beautiful and has been thoughtfully renovated with multiple places, in and outdoors, to eat or sit and relax. Unfortunately, we experienced unusually rainy weather so weren't able to make the most of the lovely pool. S'Olivera is in a quiet, rural location but only 20 minutes by car or taxi from the airport and 5 minutes drive from Alaior. We enjoyed walking into Alaior to pick up fresh bread, fruit or any other groceries we needed. Both Ona and Susan were very helpful responding promptly to any requests.

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have had the privilege to stay in. Located on a cliff edge, the surrounding views of the ocean are simply incredible and the house is located in a way which makes you feel completely alone. The interior is warm and homey, fully equipped with all you might need and spacious for the group. This house is so unique and special, we cannot recommend it enough.

A lovely little villa in a central location. Ideal for the us as a family. The host answered all my questions quickly and in a friendly manner. They were very flexible about our check-in and check-out time working around our flights which was wonderful. Villa had everything that you would need. There were a few things that could be doing with attention but have properly just got worn over the years. That's to be expected and didn't take a way from the over all cleanliness of the villa. I would most definitely return.

Wow what can we say. Trish’s villa is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Definitely hire a car as access is as expected in the natural park. directions super clear and Trish was an amazing communicative host - beautiful beaches in es grau and we even had a massage with petra who came to the house on our last day. The villa has everyhing you need - it’s remote and private but everything within a 15/20 drive. Pool area stunning. We couldn’t fault it at all and will be back 100%! to explore everything we didn’t get to see. Thank you Trish for a super stay xx

What an incredible holiday in a beautiful villa. Christoph and Irene's villa looks exactly as it does in the pictures and is the perfect location for a family escape. They were always communicative on AirBnB and were super friendly. We loved the pool in particular and dinner at Bambu Menorca which is only moments from the villa. We can't wait to return - thank you!

Claudia’s place was just what we needed. We stayed for one week and everything was fantastic. We had everything we needed, the house was clean, tidy and welcoming. Local amenities including the small supermarket over the road provided everything we needed. We already know the general area quite well so were in a great position to go to all our favourite places. The pool was a great size, in the sun all day and was very welcome during the hot days. Thanks Claudia for the extended check in and out times to suit our flights and for allowing us to spend our holiday in your beautiful home.
