House holiday rentals in Son Parc

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Très bon séjour chez Andreu ! Maison très agréable, bien placée et avec une belle vue ! Les piscines et le cadre sont très appréciables. Et Andreu a toujours été très disponible et réactif. Il nous a aussi bien conseillés sur les choses sympas à faire sur Minorque. On recommande !

Excellent séjour. La maison extrêmement bien placée est propre et décorée avec goût. En bonus en avril nous avions le couché de soleil face à la mer.

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage di Maripaz sei notti durante la nostra vacanza a Minorca. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento dispone di tutti gli essenziali (pentole,piatti, lavatrice,ecc), ampio parcheggio interno, piscina, un bellissimo giardino ed è situato in una posizione molto comoda e vicinissima all'aeroporto di Mao. Infine Maripaz è una host molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota è che il divano letto può risultare un po' scomodo per riposate nonostante venga fornito un topper da posizionavi sopra. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare il cottage di Maripaz anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, ideal für Erholung und Ausflüge auf der Insel. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation hervorragend – alles lief reibungslos. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Had a wonderful week at Gurbias. Couldn’t have asked for more for our first family holiday in Menorca. Spacious, private house in beautiful surroundings with short distance to stunning Arenal de son saura, which is a perfect family friendly beach. Many memories made playing in the well maintained pool and evening and mornings eating in the stunning garden/terrace. The place is just like the pictures, such good value for money considering how big it is. Guburia made planning our trip so easy with the digital guidebook and she always answered immediately to my questions and requests. Thank you so much Gubria, we didn’t want to leave. Hicimos una reserva unos amigo en esta casa y todo estaba perfecto, tal y como se decía en la descripción y además nos hicieron un cambio de toallas a mitad de estancia. También nos dejaron toallas de playa para no tener que llevarlas en la maleta, todas las habitaciones cuentan con ventilador y el salón con aire acondicionado. El sofá es bastante amplio y se podría usar de sofá cama. La zona exterior es muy grande, con toldo y barbacoa. La cocina contaba con todo tipo de utensilio para cocinar y para almacenar la comida . En las habitaciones las camas eran muy cómodas y de buen tamaño solo que la litera cuando nos movíamos crujía bastante y también en esa habitación hubiera sido bueno tener algún enchufe más. La zona del garaje la veo buena zona para poder ampliar la casa con otro baño y otra habitación por que está desaprovechado totalmente. La estancia se nos hizo muy amena y el anfitrión contestaba rápidamente a todas las dudas que teníamos.

Super logement très bien placé au milieu de l’île ce qui fait qu’on est à proximité de tout, le quartier est magnifique et très calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix, et hôte très agréable et sympathique. Merci encore ! 😄

Une maison très facile à vivre pour une famille, même avec des enfants en bas âge. Un cadre très reposant bercé par le clapot de la mer en bas de la propriété. De bons échanges avec Robert qui ont permis de bien préparer le séjour. Hors saison, se méfier de la fermeture de nombreux commerces et restaurants sur la côte. Mais on parvient à s'adapter

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans la maison de Ona, située dans un environnement calme et bucolique à 5 minutes en voiture du coeur de ville de Alaior, qui est très centrale sur l'île de Minorque et à 20 minutes de l'aéroport en voiture. La maison est atypique et pleine de charme, on s'y sent bien. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Il y a trois chambres avec un lit double ; l'une d'elles possède sa salle de douche/WC privée et on y accède en passant par l'extérieur de la maison. La maison est entourée d'un magnifique jardin plein d'oiseaux où se trouvent plusieurs terrasses et un patio, et également la piscine très agréable et un espace barbecue. La communication avec Ona a été très facile, tout comme l'arrivée et le départ sur les lieux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans la maison de Ona et la recommandons sans réserve.

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have had the privilege to stay in. Located on a cliff edge, the surrounding views of the ocean are simply incredible and the house is located in a way which makes you feel completely alone. The interior is warm and homey, fully equipped with all you might need and spacious for the group. This house is so unique and special, we cannot recommend it enough.

Edward’s property was perfect for our girls holiday. The pool was large and had the sun all day. The islands small so wasn’t tricky to get anywhere and the villa is in a lovely neighbourhood by the golf club. There are restaurants, a pub, and the beach nearby. Edward was a great host, he was super responsive and helpful before and during the trip. He kindly allowed us to have early check in and late check out. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the island, and for grocery trips. Taxi’s are also super easy to get if not. 5/5 rating for us! Would defo recommend :)

Carlos ha sido un anfitrión fantástico. La casa tiene unas vistas inmejorables con acceso directo al mar. El desayuno en el porche impagable. Muy acogedora, fácil y decorada con gusto. La zona, muy tranquila, anima a dar un paseo por la costa. La cocina muy completa y la limpieza perfecta. Un gusto haberla disfrutado…

Wow what can we say. Trish’s villa is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Definitely hire a car as access is as expected in the natural park. directions super clear and Trish was an amazing communicative host - beautiful beaches in es grau and we even had a massage with petra who came to the house on our last day. The villa has everyhing you need - it’s remote and private but everything within a 15/20 drive. Pool area stunning. We couldn’t fault it at all and will be back 100%! to explore everything we didn’t get to see. Thank you Trish for a super stay xx

Thankfully building work opposite was not an issue, however the wind was. This made sitting out and utilising the outdoors a problem and caused some banging of doors etc. Property excellent and as desribed. Not walkable to shops or beach but nothing is far away I’m Menorca. Would probably suggest having the pool heated if not in very peak season.
