The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

This was our second visit, we enjoyed it so much two years ago. It is a steep but lovely walk out of town away from the tourists (there is a bus if you time it right) but absolutely worth it for this delightful house with views from every window. Silvano is kind and helpful and we enjoyed olives and fresh figs from his garden.

We were very warmly welcomed. You immediately felt welcome! With the luggage in the Panda, we went to the house. We were breathless. A very sweet, though not oversized house with breathtaking lake views. In addition, a private lemon garden. The house has been furnished with taste and love, and it has succeeded. Claudio, the owner, has an enoteca and pizzeria in the village - sensational! We went there 4 times in 7 days to eat and drink wine. He is such a dear person - thank you Claudio for the unforgettable days!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time. The garden is the star of the property, being large, beautifully maintained and with many flowering plants. It was great to be able to walk to the lakeside beaches and restaurant via the campsite in just a few minutes. Leonardo was a welcoming host, and the house was well-appointed. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and there were several places to sit in the garden. All in all, a lovely stay!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the secluded mountain cabin and came back feeling completely refreshed. We went on many hikes and loved spending time in the spacious garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and very clean, and the sauna is simply dreamy. Pietro was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which kept cutting out — but that actually added to the sense of total relaxation. Our dog also felt very much at home.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. 4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Just stunning with amazing views from everywhere! Rosanna was great with communication and greeting us. There’s a beautiful restaurant a short walk away. The place was quiet. A stunning property - just idyllic!

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.

Very helpful and attentive hosts. Very clean and well-equipped place. Very good location for those looking for sun, clean air, and tranquility. For those with walking difficulties, it is worth considering the ten-minute walk to reach the cabin. The last stretch of the road to get near the cabin by car is unpaved, so it is unsuitable for low cars, as correctly indicated by the owners. You can go on interesting walks from the house. The telephone/data signal is almost absent and there is no television, so the accommodation is really suitable for those who want to disconnect. A few cabins nearby.

Paola is a great host of a beautifully furnished apartment; nice balcony with a great view; a place where you want to stay longer

I and my dog spent 3 days there. Katia was a truly wonderful host! She even helped me order pizza, which certainly wouldn't be expected of every host. There are very good excursions, Katia also includes brochures. You can switch off without problems and enjoy privacy. I honestly don't know what else to say... just perfect!! Maria’s home was perfect. It overlooks a vineyard. It has everything you could ever need. You feel at home as soon as you enter. It’s close to Tirano and very easy to get to the train station. We had a wonderful time.

Silvia and her family were extremely accommodating. Always there to answer any questions and provide suggestions on what do to in the area. The housing was exactly as on the pictures and the view was absolutely amazing - we really enjoyed our stay!

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.
