Nice apartment in a single dwelling. Quiet area near the sea. Proximity to Kristiansand and Mandal, with 20 and 15 minutes driving time respectively. The zoo is half an hour's drive away. The studio has a separate entrance, cozy living room with sea view, simple kitchen and sleeping alcoves. Bathroom with washing machine.
