Holiday rentals with lake access in Songdalen Municipality

We had a perfect stay. The house was so wonderful and the nature surrounding it .. amazing! Find yourself, get lost in the quiet and lonely mountains … we didn’t want to leave.

We had a great time in this beautiful house! Really well equipped for families with children, with lots of toys and all the equipment you need. Incredibly nice hosts who always respond quickly to what you wonder. Reccommended highly 🥰

Great location with terrace overlooking the lake, with the possibility of canoeing and fishing. The bungalow is very well equipped, air fryer, waffle maker, etc. Ideal for a family stay, our teenagers loved it!

Hildegunn's place was very authentic. It has a beautiful surrounding next to a lake and it is very peaceful. The place is very tidy and spacious. You have everything what you need. Totally recommend!

In Agnetha's house time stands still...we enjoyed ourselves with antique cups, jugs and the glass...with the nice flowers she had picked and decorated each room with... The 2 double beds (swan) on the second floor are very comfortable, we have slept excellent! In the middle of the pasture there is a butterfly bush that looks amazing, when it blooms and constantly attracts butterfly...it is absolutely wonderful to observe them from the kitchen table...when we relax in the garden chairs they sat down on our feet... once at the same time with a libelle... We have lived in Southern Norway for almost 20 years and for us nature - the area and beaches on Lista are the most beautiful there! Although the weather was that time not so perfect, we were able to enjoy biking and relaxing... Many thanks for sharing this private lovely place with others...

Cozy house that had everything we needed! Perfect place to stay for families going to the Zoo. Maren Sofie was helpful and very easy to communicate with. I☺️ would gladly stay here again.

It was a very nice place to stay, and Hamid was also very helpful, and a great host. I recommend it for anyone who wants to stay at a nice, calm place.

We have already met numerous Airbnb accommodations,but this is by far the most beautiful and has delighted us with both the loving and very tasteful furnishings as well as the enchanting location on the water and the great surroundings. We were very sorry to have to leave after two days and would have loved to have stayed a few days longer. Merethe & Tor are very committed hosts and have us with a nice map as well as sweets and coffee.

Very pleased with the rental from the host, the apartment is idyllic and incredibly nice, close to nature. The host was incredibly flexible and on the offer side so we always felt welcome. Recommend renting here

Really enjoyed Martin's apartment. It was just the right size for a family of four, with both a bedroom and an alcove. That there was a smart TV with several content services came in handy at night for the little ones. Lots of playgrounds nearby to explore, and little traffic, made the afternoons easy. Short driving distance to the zoo and nearest grocery store. He responded quickly and was nice to communicate with. Recommended from the four of us who were there!

Nice and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the sea. Great bakery and shops around the corner. We had a very nice stay.

Positive experience from start to finish. Everything was in place for a relaxing weekend. Cozy and clean, the bathroom was absolutely fantastic. It's nice to sit on the terrace in the evening sun after going on many nice walks. Only gets top marks from me! Thank you for a wonderful weekend in the sun!

We stayed for 4 nights in Renate's home in July 2024. Large and nice house with a fantastic location, and many opportunities for activating small and large. Highly recommended and will be happy to come again.

Very nice host! Place as described. The surroundings are really nice :) the little stream is great. You definitely have peace of mind. The terrace is large and ideal in sunshine. The mattresses were too soft for us. You can tell the age. But everything else is great

We very much enjoyed our 10 night stay with our 2 kids. Remote, relaxed, serene, but also close enough to small towns for bakeries, groceries, cafes, playgrounds etc. A family home where the hosts live, huge garden out the back with lots of kiddie activities (wasn’t in pictures) with all the homely details you get from living at someone’s house v a holiday rental. Hosts provided everything for the kids (beds, high chairs, toys) which made the stay extra relaxed. Gorgeous view panoramic from the living space with great balcony. Comfortable place to base your stay out of, whether chilling on the balcony, in the yard (which has its own gym btw), short walks to the water and nature trails or day trips by car around the area. Thanks a lot for sharing the place with us!
