Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

The newly renovated apartment is located in the east of Eisenach, in the green and quiet Karolinental. On foot, you need 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. Eisenach's sights, such as the Wartburg and the Drachenschlucht, are easily accessible. Charming apartment in the countryside

Last euch vom Vögelzwitschern wecken oder vom Kamin im Wohnzimmer wärmen ... Charmante Dachgeschosswohnung im Grünen mit 10 -12 Schlafplätzen. Ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Babybett. Ein Schlaf-/ Kinderzimmer mit einem Ausziehcouch und einer "Bettenlagerecke" mit einer Doppelbettmatraze und 2 Kindermatrazen, sowie einer Kinderspielecke. Zudem gibt es ein Kabuff mit Doppelbettmatraze (ist nur über eine steile Sprossenleiter zu erreichen) Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Ausziehcouch.

Liebe potenzielle Gäste: Ob auf der Durchreise, für eine kleine Auszeit oder aber für länger - unsere großzügige, bequeme Wohnung Elli ist schnell erreichbar und ein guter Ort, um abends zu entspannen - z.B. auf dem Balkon mit Weitblick.
