The host Alice was very nice and helpfull. The apartment was just as described and in a nice walk able location.

Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Great location. Clean, secure and quiet yet steps from the heart of Venice’s main sights. The pickup/transfer services to and from train station/airport were seamless and made for an extremely easy check in and check out experience. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Our group of five had a fantastic stay in Venice. Pietro was very helpful with arranging water taxis for us so we were able to be dropped off right at the balcony of the Airbnb. There are great restaurants nearby and it’s easy to walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Quiet area and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Raoul met us at check-in and gave us great local recommendations. Gelato shop around the corner was fantastic too!

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

We loved this little gem of a place! Such a cute area and charming home. The sweet little rooftop patio was just the icing on the cake! We would have loved to have stayed longer!

Cristiano is a superb host. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. The apartment was very nice with terrace and small garden and of course the cats 🐈🐈‍⬛ and turtles were 🐢🐢🐢 the highlight for the kids. We would come back anytime. Thanks again .🙏🏽😊

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

Marisa's place is just great. You feel like home. Very clean, very cozy, you have everything you need. Especially beautiful is the kitchen, a dream for a woman 😍 The terrace with a great view of the pool is a beautiful place to have a refreshing cocktail in the evening. The location is great, the beach can be reached in 5 minutes. Three nearby grocery stores. In the house itself is a delicious restaurant with numerous dishes, you can even order there online. The pool is very clean and is open until 9pm. Marisa gives lots of helpful hints on what to visit around the place. She briefed us really well for the trip to Venice.

The apartment was clean, Filippo family (son and mother) is extremely friendly and nice. We enjoyed the great time in the apartment very much and can gladly recommend it.

The entire accommodation, including the beautiful lovingly landscaped garden and the outdoor facilities, is like a small paradise. It's really important to the landlords that the guests feel comfortable. There really is everything you need for a stay. The rooms with shower and a small kitchen are high quality and very lovingly furnished. The beds were really comfortable. In the garden, there is a fantastically beautiful pool, sauna and whirlpool are also available. There is also a very cozy common room with lounge character and really everything you need. The entire property is very remote, but if you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are definitely in the right place. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
