Lose yourself in the streets without counting the time, among the shops along the canals and in the oldest corners of our island's history, between the sea and the lagoon.

Salicornia Accommodation

The Maison du Flaneur is located in the historic center of Chioggia, near the vaporetto to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon. It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it is only 1 km from the beautiful beach of Sottomarina. The house is located a short walk from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor, you will find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many amenities, including a beautiful terrace on the upper floor.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), central air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized. I also own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).

Located in the old town of Chioggia, our freshly renovated apartment right on the Canal Vena has a lot to offer. It is on the third floor of a historic building. There is 1 large bedroom (double bed, window to the canal) and 1 small bedroom with two single beds (one pull-out) under historic wooden beams. The modern kitchen offers: refrigerator, new gas stove and dishwasher. From the living and dining room with TV (+Netflix+Prime) you have a great view over the canal.

The property is located in the historic center - among the old streets (calli) near the canals and the lagoon - close to bars, restaurants, bacari and taverns. 50 meters from public water transport, 1.5 km walk to Sottomarina beach, or 20 min. by public transport to the beach of the Natural Oasis of Caroman Island.
