Federico’s apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and it had everything what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. It is located twenty minutes walk to the public beach and it has a parking very convenient and easy!

Small flat in Chioggia, very very close to the ferry terminal for line 11 (ferry+bus) direction Lido di Venezia. Everything ok. Communication with Matteo was excellent. Instructions for check-in very detailed. The flat is one room at street level, with kitchen corner and a bathroom. All good, affordable price, I would definitely stay again. As a suggestion I would change the bathroom sink which is very small, and provide a kettle too.

Herrlich helle, ruhige Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage direkt am Kanal. Alles fußläufig erreichbar: Fähre, Geschäfte, Bäckerei, Fischmarkt, Bars und Restaurants. Toll! Jesper war super hilfsbereit, freundlich u bestens erreichbar. Wir haben die Unterkunft schon weiterempfohlen. Gern wieder…

We arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome by Beatrice. There was safe and spacious gated parking with a remote provided. We always had room with a large car to turn around in the parking area before opening the gate and entering the street. The apartment was spacious and with many extras provided. The washing machine was easy and plenty of undercover porch area for hanging clothes. There was a grocery store nearby and Padua center was about 40 minutes and Chioggia less than 30 (by car). It was definitely a bargain for the area and we would highly recommend a stay.

Chioggia centro è fantastico, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Il monolocale si affaccia direttamente sul lungomare di Sottomarina, il che rende il tutto molto gradevole. Parcheggio utilissimo, proprio davanti il residence. Host molto reattivo e super cordiale. Grazie

Wir waren drei Nächte im Apartement und waren vollumfänglich zufrieden. Wir haben die ruhige Lage auf dem Lido sehr genossen, abseits der grossen Touristenströme von Venedig. Es war sehr gut erreichbar. Für das Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüsst und Marino hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es von Herzen weiter.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Massimos Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, trocken und frisch, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders haben wir die kurze Entfernung zum Strand genossen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß! Massimo ist ein äußerst freundlicher und netter Gastgeber. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Appartement très charmant où nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés. De beaux espaces, climatisés, situés dans la rue la plus commerçante de Chioggia où vous trouverez de très nombreux restaurants mais aussi boutiques, souvenirs, boulangerie, petit commerce, etc…Pierino est très clair dans les informations concernant l’arrivée. Il n’y a pas de place de parking (qui sont sur autorisation dans cette zone) à proximité de l’appartement. Il nous a conseillé deux parkings situés à environ 10 minutes à pied de l’appartement. Il vous en coûtera 6€ pour une journée. Il y a de nombreuses plages (quelques publiques mais surtout de nombreuses privées) vers Sottomarina. Un petit parc avec manèges me semble-t-il pour les jeunes enfants. Les parkings sont aussi payants. Pierino nous a également donné de précieuses informations pour passer de bons moments sur place. Nous étions heureux de passer ces quelques jours à Chioggia! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l’occasion se présente à nouveau!

Квартира - великолепная, выглядит даже лучше, чем на фотографиях. Это тот случай, когда фото не может передать сверкающую чистоту, рациональность и уют. Комнаты - просторные, с новой мебелью, удобной большой кроватью, качественной постелью.Сам дом после недавней реновации: сверкающий подъезд, белая лестница, лифт. Дом находится на тихой улочке, рядом рестораны с красивыми видами, вкусной едой. В квартире новая отделка в стиле хайтек с отреставрированными балками, с милыми деталями интерьера, исключительно гармонично и стильно. Франческа-очень внимательна к запросам гостей, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, много качественных сковородок и кастрюль, есть и масло, специи, сахар, соль. Мы получили удовольствие, купив на знаменитом рынке свежайшую рыбу, и приготовив ее в рационально организованной кухне. Франческа была доброжелательна и предупредительна к нашим запросам, всегда готова ответить на вопросы, дала четкие инструкции, мы легко попали в дом. И мы обязательно вернемся!

Appartamento spazioso in una posizione eccellente, circondato da molti ristoranti e servizi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

Ottima host, Elisa è stata molto disponibile e gentile nel gestire il nostro soggiorno! Preziosi i suoi suggerimenti e consigli. La casa è comodissima sia rispetto alle spiaggie sia rispetto a Chioggia, facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi.

Alloggio pulito e confortevole nn adatto x lunghi periodi.Ottima zona a 2 passi dal centro di chioggia e alle spiaggie. Unico neo i parcheggi a pagamento troppo cari e lontani. Serena molto disponibile.

Host estremamente veloce e chiaro nelle risposte. Appartamento semplice ma completo, comoda la posizione e molto tranquilla la zona. Ottimo punto di appoggio per eventi a Padova.

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns nach der Ankunft sofort zuhause gefühlt alles notwendige vorhanden, alles sehr sauber!). Die Betten -wichtig für uns best-agers - im Schlafzjmmer sind sehr gut! Wir haben morgens beim Frühstück auf dem Westbalkon auch zu Viert gemütlich Platz gefunden und die Ruhe genossen. Alle Geräte in der Wohnung haben gut funktioniert! Mit den bereit stehenden Fahrrädern (Werkzeug zum Einstellen vorhanden) haben wir den Lido erkundet - unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist, ja, etwas ausserhalb aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs sind problemlos! mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (7 Tage Venezia Unica Ticket) erreichbar. Man wird dadurch kurzzeitig Teil des Insellebens-eine schöne Erfahrung. Bars zum Verweilen, Supermärkte, gute Pizzerien in der Nachbarschaft. Wir haben Maurizio als einen netten, empathischen Gastgeber kennengelernt und danken ihm herzlich für die gute, immer freundliche und prompte Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wied

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Paolo con il mio compagno e i nostri due bambini di 4 e 1 anno. Spazi confortevoli e adatti anche a bambini piccoli, terrazzino e mansarda top, camere e bagni grandi. Paolo un host disponibile, sia per le informazioni che per gli orari di check in e check out. Gli Alberoni è un luogo meraviglioso, un' oasi adatta a ricaricare le batterie! Una piacevole scoperta.

Gianluca ist ein sehr freundlicher und verlässlicher Vermieter. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir waren zu Zweit und hatten jeder unser eigenes Zimmer 😊. Das Bad war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Auch die Küche war sehr sauber mit schönem Geschirr und allen Utensilien, die man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne!

Alles im Juni 2024 komplett neu restauriert. Ideale und ruhige Lage, komplett ausgestattet, hilfbereit und freundlich => empfehlenswert!

Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio con la mia famiglia ( 4xsone), tutto bellissimo, l'appartamento è in una posizione ottimale fronte laguna dove puoi assaporare l'atmosfera dei pescatori, ma vicina alle spiaggie e al centro con negozi e locali. Molto vicino anche il ponte per recarsi a piedi a Chioggia.L' alloggio è molto pulito, ordinato e completo di ogni necessità, lenzuola e asciugamani profumati, bagno spazioso con doccia ampia. Cosetta e Valentina sono state disponibili e gentilissime, hanno risposto sempre tempestivamente ad ogni mia domanda e ci hanno fornito tutte le info su dove parcheggiare e dove mangiare. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Ottimo!!! Torneremo

Alloggio nuovissimo e con finiture di pregio. Molto bella la disposizione delle unità che garantisce privacy. Ci tornerei volentieri ogni anno.

Apartment ist nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants und bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nebenstraße ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Schlafsofa ist nicht sehr bequem und quietscht bei jede Bewegung. Teller sehen etwas mitgenommen aus. Insgesamt hat es uns in Chioggia gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Barbara!
