Federico’s apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and it had everything what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. It is located twenty minutes walk to the public beach and it has a parking very convenient and easy!

Small flat in Chioggia, very very close to the ferry terminal for line 11 (ferry+bus) direction Lido di Venezia. Everything ok. Communication with Matteo was excellent. Instructions for check-in very detailed. The flat is one room at street level, with kitchen corner and a bathroom. All good, affordable price, I would definitely stay again. As a suggestion I would change the bathroom sink which is very small, and provide a kettle too.

I have never been in such a beautiful place. I LOVED the boats going by and the people watching. So so peaceful

We arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome by Beatrice. There was safe and spacious gated parking with a remote provided. We always had room with a large car to turn around in the parking area before opening the gate and entering the street. The apartment was spacious and with many extras provided. The washing machine was easy and plenty of undercover porch area for hanging clothes. There was a grocery store nearby and Padua center was about 40 minutes and Chioggia less than 30 (by car). It was definitely a bargain for the area and we would highly recommend a stay.

Chioggia centro is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the property. The studio directly overlooks the seafront of Sottomarina, which makes everything very pleasant. Very useful parking, right in front of the residence. Very responsive and super friendly host. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo's apartment. The apartment was very clean, dry and fresh, everything worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the short distance to the beach – just a few minutes walk! Massimo is an extremely friendly and nice host. We can fully recommend this property!

Very charming apartment where we felt privileged. Beautiful spaces, air-conditioned, located on the most commercial street of Chioggia where you will find very many restaurants but also shops, souvenirs, bakery, small shop, etc...Pierino is very clear in the information regarding arrival. There is no parking space (which are on permission in this area) near the apartment. He recommended two car parks located about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. It will cost you €6 for one day. There are many beaches (a few public but especially many private ones) towards Sottomarina. A small park with rides seems to me for young children. Parking is also charged. Pierino also gave us valuable information to have a good time there. We were happy to spend these few days in Chioggia! We'll be happy to come back if we have a chance again!

The apartment is magnificent, looks even better than in the photos. This is the case when the photo cannot convey the sparkling cleanliness, rationality and comfort. The rooms are spacious, with new furniture, a comfortable large bed, and high-quality bedding. The house itself has been recently renovated: a sparkling entrance, white stairs, and an elevator. The house is located on a quiet street, next to restaurants with beautiful views, delicious food. The apartment has a new high-tech finish with restored beams, with nice interior details, exceptionally harmonious and stylish. Francesca is very attentive to the requests of guests, there is everything necessary for cooking, many quality frying pans and pots, there is also oil, spices, sugar, salt. We enjoyed buying the freshest fish at the famous market and cooking it in a rationally organized kitchen. Francesca was kind and considerate to our requests, always ready to answer questions, gave clear instructions, we easily got into the house. And we will definitely come back!

Spacious apartment in an excellent location, surrounded by many restaurants and services. The owners are very helpful and ready to meet the guests' needs. A really nice stay!

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

We stayed 1 week in the accommodation and felt at home immediately after arrival, everything necessary available, everything very clean!). The beds - important for us best-agers - in the bedroom are very good! In the morning, we also found a cozy place for four at breakfast on the west balcony and enjoyed the peace and quiet. All the appliances in the apartment worked well! With the bicycles available (tools for adjustment available) we explored the Lido - highly recommended. The apartment is, yes, a bit outside but all sights of Venice are easily accessible by public transport (7-day Venezia Unica ticket). You will briefly become part of island life - a beautiful experience. Bars to linger, supermarkets, good pizzerias in the neighborhood. We got to know Maurizio as a nice, empathetic host and thank him warmly for the good, always friendly and prompt communication. We'd love to come back

I stayed at Paolo's place with my partner and our two children aged 4 and 1. Comfortable spaces and also suitable for young children, top terrace and attic, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Paolo is an available host, both for information and for check-in and check-out times. Los Alberoni is a wonderful place, an oasis suitable for recharging batteries! A pleasant discovery.

Gianluca is a very friendly and reliable landlord. He always responded quickly and answered all of our questions. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need to feel comfortable. There were two of us and we each had our own room😊. The bathroom was very clean and tasteful. Also the kitchen was very clean with nice dishes and all the utensils you need. We felt very comfortable. I would be happy to come back.

At first it was very hard to find the place, as the address is wrong. The flat is nice and well equiped. It was really pleasant stay.

I stayed in this place with my family (4xsone), everything is beautiful, the apartment is in a great location in front of the lagoon where you can taste the atmosphere of the fishermen, but close to the beaches and the center with shops and clubs. Also very close to the bridge to walk to Chioggia. The accommodation is very clean, tidy and complete with every need, scented sheets and towels, spacious bathroom with large shower. Cosetta and Valentina were helpful and very kind, they always responded promptly to my every question and gave us all the info on where to park and where to eat. We felt right at home. Great!!! We'll be back

Brand new and stylish place to stay. The layout of the units that guarantees privacy is very nice. I'd love to go back each year.

Apartment is not far from the beach and restaurants and offers enough space for 2 persons. Clean and cozy. A free parking space on the side street is minutes away. Sofa bed is not very comfortable and squeaks with every movement. Plates look a little taken away. Overall, we enjoyed Chioggia. Thanks to Barbara!
