Very spacious apartment, air conditioning in the rooms and dining room but not in the kitchen, great terrace that leads directly to the garden, equipped with excellent quality cuisine but with some small lack. Lots of courtesy from the owner.

A small but nice place with a garden looking out over the canal towards the Excelsior Hotel. Around the corner nice small groceries, cafes and authentic restaurants. For us always one of the nicest and most relaxed and less touristic parts of the Lido. Excellent frequent bus connections and in summer very close to different beaches, all with restaurants and beach clubs.

Giovanna is very nice, hospitable and communicative. Her apartment is very clean, and is in an excellent location, not in the midst of the touristic hustle. We would highly recommend !!

This was our second long-term stay during the summer months. The new AC in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable during the hotter than normal season. This apartment is located in a prime location, especially if you want to partake in the Venice Film Festival. There are specialty markets from fruit & vegetable stands to butchers to bike shops all within an easy walk. And the weekly market days (Tuesdays and Fridays) offer everything from clothing to specialty cheeses. We ate in most evenings because we enjoyed preparing our meals at home. The building itself is quiet and very well maintained and Fabio always responds quickly to messages. Lido is beautiful, clean, buzzing with activity and offers wonderful walks along both the lagoon and Adriatic shores. Bike riding is also very popular with several shops that rent bikes.

Great apartment in Chioggia (little Venice). Close to everything. Don't miss the fish marsh. The apartment is close to the ferry that goes to Venice ( you can go by boat, bus along two islands and then the boat into Venice. It takes about 1 hr). You can also just take the yacht out to Lido di Pellestrina and swim. We would like to visit Franco's apartment again.

Great place to stay on Lido. Easy to get to Venice and also the central shops and restaurants of Lido itself. Very close to the beach! Ivan was very helpful in giving us recommendations and responded to a late night message with advice on where you buy a birthday cake for our friend!

It was a very cute and nice accommodation.The view of the sea from the balcony was exceptional.I am so grateful to have such a wonderful experience. I stayed on the main island of Venice for 10 days and on Lido for 10 days, but my days in the quiet and peaceful Lido after exhausted by the noise of the main island of Venice will be a lifetime memory.The access to the main island of Venice is comfortable, there are many buses, and there are many ferries, so I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. It was a very good memory.I would recommend this space to many people.

This is our third time renting from Simone and we just love him! So professional, so kind and friendly and always helpful with any questions you might have. We will be back next summer for sure!

This is our second time staying in this charming apartment on the Lido. The location is great, very close to the vaporetto station and many restaurants and cafes, at the same time very quiet. The apartment is perfect for two couples. We love the small garden. We will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied. The house has absolutely all the amenities you can imagine. The spacious pergola right next to the house was great in one word! The only thing missing to perfection was the pool. Katia responded immediately to every message we had, and she resolved each issue right away (nothing critical). The beach can be reached comfortably in 10-15 minutes. We also often used local public transportation (tourist train), which is free of charge. There were few foreigners on the island, we didn't come across Czechs. Most of the cast is made up of Italians, who are incredibly kind and welcoming. We had free access to the aquapark thanks to "golden cards" and we only paid for sun loungers. I definitely recommend staying with Katie and Albarella Island overall, and maybe we'll come back someday. Just be sure to bring repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes for dinner. Elenora was always available, even on Sundays, that was great! The house itself is absolutely top! The houses to the left and right of us were still in the shell. On Sundays everything was still quiet, then on Monday to Friday it went left and right with hammering, flexing, drilling, floorboards and formwork boards were relocated, scaffolding parts delivered / picked up in short: If we had been given a hint that this was still being built, we would not have booked. Then there was the fiasco with the pool, we had to contact Elenora three times. Each time, a technician came, 1. pressed some buttons and then left, then the system failed again. Then 2 other fitters came to look at the pumping station. We pressed buttons, the pump ran again until the evening. We then had to contact Elenora again and then the 3rd technician came with spare parts. I built this in and then the whole thing ran. We always had to be present. For a week, 3 days because of the pool. Not nice.

Very clean and tidy house in a quiet location, 5 minutes' walk from the beach.

Beautiful villa, perfectly furnished and equipped with a view of the canal. Modern and comfortable environments, air conditioning and every other type of comfort. Perfect communication and independent access. A few minutes walk to all amenities. Definitely recommended! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, an additional 6.00 euros is charged again from my credit card... I asked the owner, unfortunately no answer! Otherwise everything was great and type

We loved the place - it felt like home and the host and his family are very friendly and it felt as if we were visiting friends. The dogs, cats, hens and other animals were super friendly and the kids loved stroking the dogs. The house was spacious and spending an evening on the balcony was fantastic! The kids loved how peaceful it was and there was no cars noise. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and we enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to drive to nearby towns or other places or just to relax and enjoy the nature. Overall Massimo’s place was amazing and we were sad to leave.

The center and beach are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the beach is not accessible at night.
