Beautiful rural location by River Sow and Two Saints way, just 2 miles from town centre and train station and minutes from the Staffordshire showground.

Our self contained studio accommodation, is located in the garden area of the property and features a lovely view of our garden. It is perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and private base to enjoy and explore the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak District & Alton Towers. There are 3 local country pubs serving food (walking distance) Fishing pool & recreation ground.

The accommodation has been fitted out to impress with well equipped Lounge/Diner Kitchen with Cooker & hob/microwave & fridge freezer, the bedroom has a super king size double bed which can be split into two 3ft singles, and a double size shower/bathroom, also use of a private outside Patio area.

Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Perfect for a couple's get away at this stunning location, situated on the cycle path around Carsington water, with stunning views of the reservoir. Lots of walking routes on your doorstep. It is adjoining to Upperfield Farm, a large holiday cottage, that only takes weekend bookings. we accept well-behaved pets with a small £20 pet fee. We have now started offering one breaks.
