Safe for children. Good restaurants nearby. Beautiful coastal walks. The house is a 'home from home' with everything you could want. It has 2 allocated parking spaces. Modern, high spec fitted kitchen.

Noss Mayo is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just half an hour from Plymouth and within easy reach of Salcombe and Dartmoor. There are 3 pubs within a short stroll or paddle across the water to Newton Ferrers. With 3 bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, the house is perfect for families and friends.

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.
