Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Sarasota

Another great stay at this house! Love the location, very clean throughout, has everything you would need and more. We spent most of our time in covered outdoor area which has lots of seating options, the pool/hot tub is perfect! The only small issue we had was the door to the pool does not lock securely, therefore adding a safety risk if you have young children. It needs to have an added safety lock on top or something to that nature.

Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as the first! The location is perfect — close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping — making it a convenient spot for a relaxing getaway. Gosia was a wonderful host, always prompt in her responses and helpful with any questions we had. We’re looking forward to staying again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at this Sarasota home! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout was perfect for our group, and the private pool was such a highlight. The house had everything we needed to cook at home, plus thoughtful extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for beach days. The host provided super clear instructions and helpful local recommendations, which made everything smooth and easy. We loved our time here and would absolutely recommend staying!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! This place is beautiful and had everything we needed. The toy room for our young son was a game-changer and I’m so thankful for Jane’s thoughtfulness to include all of the toys. He had a great time and was always occupied. We also loved the child-safety gate around the pool! It gave us one less thing to have to think about when we were all outside. Overall a beautiful home and I highly recommend it, even more so if you have young children.

We had an excellent stay at Lana’s place! She was a very accommodating host and the home offered all of the amenities you’d hope for while traveling- especially great if you have small kids with high chair, crib, etc! Thank you!

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

We stayed with out family and friends and this house exeeded oyr expectations , specialy a back yard . We enjoyed every minute, close to the beach and i side we found everything that we needed . The host is amazing , verry responsive for couple questions that we had . I would love to stat there again again and again . Thank you Evona .

This will be my go to airbnb moving forward anytime Im staying in Sarasota. Everything about Maksim's place was exceeded my expectations. The pool and outside area with a gas grill and jacuzzi was everything I could have wanted while staying in Florida. The outside space was phenomenal! Inside the couch was super comfy with a nice big TV to watch in the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone could need for cooking or having a nice big dinner at the house if you dont feel like going out. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was massive. This place was very clean and very cozy and I felt right at home. The hosts were always responsive and would adjust the temperature of the jacuzzi anytime I asked. Such an amazing stay! Highest recommendation

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

William did a terrific job with his remodel, and it was very comfortable for our stay. There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment which is as important since we stayed for a month. William responded quickly to any questions that we had before and during our stay. I would recommend this location to others.

John’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Along with the walkability, great restaurants and all the other things listed, I don’t think people understand how important a comfortable bed is at an Airbnb. I mean a bed is really you need, if you’re going to be at the beach the whole time! The KING sized bed was memory foam and super comfy. Also great to kick back after an “exhausting” day in the sun and watch the ginormous TV in the comfortable huge bed. Just wow! Wished we would have stayed longer. Great recommendations, communication, ease of parking. Ugh, the beach cart really came in handy and the two beach chairs. Love love love this turquoise gem!!

We found our host to be very responsive. The staff is so very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family. Loved the ocean view and convenience to Ocean Blvd. Magnum was easy to reach and helpful when we had questions! There are photos of the 2 sets of stairs to the unit, so they shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who books, but if you have certain mobility problems or lots of luggage, it may cause some difficulty, so be prepared!

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! Good enough Will stay next time

My husband and I had a great time staying here. We were very close to EVERYTHING, seriously a short drive to all the beaches and even managed a trip to Universal. The place was very clean and spacious, we had not packed much but the hosts had provided anything we were missing (the iron was a great surprise). If you are looking for a quiet and comfy stay, do check this place out, the bed was seriously huge and way too comfortable. Oh and definitely stop at the Peruvian restaurant just down the street!! 10/10 will most likely return to this Airbnb!

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It was also great to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly—our dog felt right at home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Kat’s place was AMAZING, this was our 3rd year staying at Crescent Arms however our first year with Kat at Villa 7 and in our opinion it has been the nicest by far!! Kat was very helpful from start to finish. The place was spectacular we literally didn’t need or want for anything!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Paula & Roberto's home in Sarasota was the ideal getaway! The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It came fully stocked with all the essentials that made the trip easy and enjoyable! The pool and enclosed porch was like a small paradise in our backyard. The home was close to the downtown area that was filled with great restaurants and shops, but far enough away that you could also enjoy some quiet time. An added bonus was having Paula & Roberto as our amazing hosts! They were attentive, easy to communicate with, and flexible with our check-in. Their instructions were clear and easy to follow. They checked in with us throughout our entire stay to make sure we were ok and if there was anything we needed. When an issued arrived in the middle of the night, they responded right away and had the issue resolved as soon as possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Sarasota to book with Paula & Roberto!

This is the absolute perfect place. You cross the street and walked right onto the beach to catch the sunset. I will definitely go back.

We went to the Airbnb for two birthdays and Father’s Day for our family of 10. Very spacious, beautiful living and outdoor area. Appreciated having all the little extras like paper goods, spices toiletries, etc. the pool area had all of the toys for the kids and they were so many beaches within minutes. Host was very responsive and timely. Only negative was 4th bedroom (bath) was not air conditioned. Kids just showered in the master, which was the size of three bathrooms.! Would definitely recommend this home and will be back again. PS kids loved the Zip Line!

A beautiful place set up with a nice pool area. As soon as we walked in everything smelled clean.

Loved the stay! It was perfect for my work weekend trip and a long relaxing weekend! Will definitely return with family next time!
