Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Staffordshire District

The house is perfect to relax for a couple of days. Located away from any village it allows to relax. House is cozy and well equipped. Definitely a place to come back again

Great house and very easy to find. Plenty of space for parking which was great given we had a large van being used for an event. Host was very responsive and sent lots of information well ahead of time to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed during the stay

Oh my goodness I am so pleased we found this house, it was beautiful! Kash was amazing, we met to collect the keys and was shown around the house and even the cupboards were labels for ease of finding things, very informative of every aspect of the house, clean? It was immaculate I love the whole house, plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved the games room it was perfect. Pool table, dart board and even a stove inside for those chilly nights, amazing garden with patio and seating area that is roofed absolutely perfect for us this weekend. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a home from home to stay if you’re ever in the area. We will hopefully be booking again very soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in an amazing house.

We had a truly wonderful week at Sorrel House. A perfect house for family celebrations. We were celebrating two birthdays and we could bring all our friends and family together over the course of the week. Viki and Kevin are great hosts, very friendly and responsive. The house itself is srunning and beautifully and tastefully decorated with each bedroom having its own individual style. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The linen was 100% cotton and felt luxurious. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Viki and Kevin cooked us a delicious meal one evening. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The pool table was a bonus and was well used and having your own bar was a real novelty. You really do feel like you are staying in your very own hotel. Beautiful walks right outside your door and very dog friendly. All the big stores if you need them only 10 minute drive away. The hot tub was a nice addition too! We hope to return in the future

Lovely host, who was flexible with our early check in request. Pristine condition. Stunning views and very peaceful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the wild rabbits on my arrival and departure. Wish we were staying longer but was only one evening due to attending a wedding in the area. Would highly recommend

Amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make our stay very special. Our stay was for our wedding and Georgina made us feel very looked after, spoilt and offered extras above what we could have imagined! I would recommend this to anyone that wants a home from home, with all the personal touches you could want. Pretty garden with plenty of seating, kitchen/diner with everything needed, 2 lounges for relaxing in, beds were very comfy and lovely bedding, and the bathroom is perfect with a lovely deep bath. Thank you for making our stay so brilliant!

We were a group of 2 families who live at opposite ends of the country and Orchard barn and Anvil cottage were the perfect meeting spot for us! We loved the breeze house and the hot tub and there were so many outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and the views. The cottage itself had everything you could need and the appliances and furnishings were all high end and spot on. The kitchen was very well equipped and a gas BBQ was available for us to use. Adam met us at check in and ran us through anything we needed to know and he offered great suggestions for things to do - the Dod and Partridge pub being a favourite! We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

very recommended for stay in Birmingham..The neighbourhood is quiet and peacefull..There is a big park with a lake in the area.. Riccardo is a very helpfull host..he still responsive even at midnight ☺️

We had a good 2-night stay at the property, perfect location for an event we were attending in Stafford. We visited Cannock Chase on both days which is well worth a visit. We had children with us and there is an excellent park only 5-minutes walk from the accommodation. The flat is well equipt and we really appreciated the board games and darts. Excellent communication from the host.

Perfect location to enjoy great bars and restaurants in both Kingsheath and Mosley, good bus links into Birmingham. Everything we needed and a lovely homely feel. Really appreciated the fresh milk, bread, tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

We were staying as a family, not on holiday but for a work trip. We parked right outside on the street and entry to the property was easy, the whole place was stunning, especially the basement (which our sons claimed). A very characterful property and close to town full of great restaurants and takeaways. Unfortunately the restaurant we picked was fully booked and got a takeaway instead. The apartment had everything we could need to enjoy our meal including a dishwasher. We settled down and watched a movie and had an early night, leaving at the crack of dawn the next day. We would definitely book again.

The type of place you never want to leave. Not only is the accommodation superb, in the most tranquil location, with the most beautiful views. But the hosts made it special, with a warm greeting, little touches for my stay, and of course everything you’d expect to the highest standard. I can’t wait to go back!

What an amazing find! Ali was exceptional; from the original booking to the arrival and beyond, she was fantastic! All the extra touches, such as homemade cake, eggs (fresh from the chickens!) and beer (to name but a few), plus the kind use of the tandem and fire pit, all made us feel so welcome and trusted. We will definitely return!!

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

The stay we had a the Cabin was our first time away together. The cabin was spotless and the scenery was magical. The whole experience was just perfect and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

Me and sister had a wonderful stay, the shack was better than the pictures just perfect. We had a brilliant sleep, the shack was really cosy, they have thought of everything we didn’t need an extra thing during our stay. The location was great didn’t struggle to find it with instructions given. Lovely couple and can’t wait to stay again. Thank you so much x

my stay at the cabin was lovely, definitely exceeded my expectations, was very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Hottub was amazing aswell, just what i needed to relax and unwind, would definitely recommend to others.

I had such a lovely few days away with my son. The cabin was absolutely lovely and in such a beautiful setting. We loved exploring the woodland and enjoyed using our paddle board on the lake. We loved being around the animals- we visited the pigs, horses, goats, sheep etc. several times a day! Had a lovely bbq, despite the weather! It was a great location to visit Warwick castle, as well as the surrounding villages. The owners couldn’t have been more friendly- we learnt so much about all the animals. The fresh eggs and treats were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We wanted a couple of nights away from London, and this cabin was just perfect. It’s off the grid, but you can still charge your phone with solar power, and there are solar lights too. The fireplaces inside and outside were super cozy, and the shower was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The cabin had everything we needed, plus some lovely little extras like fresh flowers and incense. It’s in a great spot with easy access to a bridle path and country walks right from the door. You can hear the road a bit, but it didn’t spoil the peace or the amazing views from the cabin.

So much thought and effort has gone into making this place very special. It is set in an old orchard so you are surrounded by wildlife with incredible birdsong at dusk and in the early morning. It is near the Worcestershire Way so we had some lovely walks from the door. Very well set up camp fire with all the kit for cooking in the evenings, and the baths over the stream were fun! Would love to return.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we had the most relaxing + peaceful time. The attention to detail makes this little hideaway second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it if you’re looking for a relaxed, romantic getaway surrounded by nature. The hot tub and breakfast package was really helpful, and the hammock and bathroom facilities - were lovely touches. Wish we had stayed longer 🥰
