The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart tv and internet access. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first floor bedroom, you will find a queen bed with super comfortable mattress and cotton bedding. The second floor bedroom contains 2 single beds with super comfortable mattresses and cotton bedding. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a 1 single sofa beds. Please note this apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities due to stairs and steps down to kitchen and toilet. The bathroom comes with a newly installed walk in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is one free parking space available. (Not suitable for large vans or pickup trucks) but parking is available on street outside or a carpark 50yards away @ 3 a day. - There is a washing machine at property. - 1 well behaved Dog are allowed at the property. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Our approach of using white and wooden tones for the majority of the materials helps the guests to feel the relaxed, neutral, warmth of the interior. White marble tops adorn the spacious kitchen area, whilst different lights differentiate the areas in the apartment. Our greatest goal for this apartment is to demonstrate a lived-in feel with simplicity and functionality.
