Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Spaloumont

For the second year in a row, we were able to enjoy a midweek in this beautiful cottage! Surrounded by beautiful nature, tranquility, silence & pure enjoyment! The cottage is equipped with all the necessities & amenities! From a refreshing bath, to a magnificent terrace overlooking the greenery and every evening can be ended by the warmth and atmosphere of the stove in the living room! The owner is very friendly, responds extremely quickly and provides tips and must-sees of the neighborhood in advance (and in the cottage)! Highly recommended, even though we already knew it from last year, it was still surprising to see how much care and love the cottage shows! A feather in the cap for the host, you are reliable and great in how you do this! The ideal place for a father-daughter trip, to recharge and come to a standstill! We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful space this is! Fine furniture, lots of windows so wonderfully sunny. Small garden/terrace at the back where you can enjoy the sun very nicely. In a few minutes you walk into the forest which stretches enormously, you can walk for hours; wonderful! You do need a car to get supplies or eat out. Jan's tips are very nice!

Beautiful cottage. In the heart of the Ardennes. The cottage has a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room/conservatory. The pallet stove was wonderful and cozy. Beautiful walk-in shower. Lovely garden. Beautiful hiking area in the immediate vicinity. The town of Vielsalm has everything you need in terms of catering and shopping. Parking is on private property. Véro responded quickly and helped us well.

Sabrina’s place is very nice, super clean, spacious, well equipped. There are walks you can do straight from the house which we appreciated and enjoyed. Sabrina was very friendly, gave us many recommendations and she was very fast in responding.

Stephane is a wonderful host. He and his family personally welcomed us. His accommodation is beautifully furnished, you feel right at home. Everything is painstakingly handcrafted and built. We were allowed to check in earlier and his kitchen offers everything for cozy cooking. The whole is perfectly rounded off with the great fireplace that immerses the living and dining area in a beautiful atmosphere. I recommend Stephane's accommodation with the best conscience! :)

Great stay in a beautiful setting!

Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, was not enough afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have created a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

We had a lovely stay at Katrin's. A lot of information about the beautiful surroundings and very nice that we were allowed to place the road bikes in the garage. Definitely worth the effort!

Third time visiting! The Rur is a nice little river which provides entertainment, but there is a lot to do outside nearby. Balcony has sun in the morning until late in the afternoon. Lots of room in the apartment, excellent view.

Very happy with our (too) short stay at Frédéric and Simone's. Friendly welcome, beautiful cottage where you feel like at home decorated with Taste and attention to detail….. Top area for hiking. Thank you again for the kind attention upon arrival…..

A beautiful place like this is not often found. We enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation when spoke to a percentage description. The host was very flexible, even with a spontaneous postponement of the check in by 2 hours.

Very clean and beautifully furnished Airbnb with great amenities. Very nice garden and covered terrace with gas grill, sauna and many seating options. Quiet environment with many hiking opportunities. The hosts were very accommodating and, for example, brought us smoothies on a hot day, etc. All in all a great stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Melanie and Hermann's place. I feel like I was visiting my grandpa's house: old building, antiek furniture inside, big carpets on the floor, beautiful dinnerware... Hermann is creator and current director of the Erlebnis museum in Monschau, as a former hunter he has so many stories! It was a unique opportunity for us to touch the wild life so close as we never had it before. They also provides incredible BBQ place with all necessary amenities: just bring the meat with you. This place is a gem in the regio, if you're looking to hit pause on the hustle and bustle of city life and take a breath.

Beautiful apartment, very quiet and well located with many shops nearby. Everything was perfect and as described. We will gladly go back if we have a chance.

Our host Jaak was super friendly, was always available and even brought us a wheelbarrow so we could get all our stuff from the car to the accommodation faster:) Simply pleasant and relaxed. That's how it should be! :)

It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

This cottage is highly recommended if you want to enjoy peace and quiet and whistling birds around you just outside the bustling city. It has everything you'll need!We enjoyed it!

I can only recommend a stay in Daniela’s tiny house located deep in the nature. Together with my 2 young sons we had a relaxing weekend with great memories: the house is cosy with all the confort from your own house, the restaurant on site was very welcome upon our arrival the first evening, the swimming pool, football and basketball pitch kept us busy early morning and late evening while during the day we enjoyed the many things you can do in the region known for tourism and adventure sports. Last but not least as French people we love good food; 5 minutes away by car we found high quality bread, meat, fruits and cheese for nice breakfasts and dinners at the tinny house. A 5-star place we will keep in our favorites. See you very soon Daniela!

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Due to the location, you can have breakfast between the tree(summits). We had a wonderful week there. Beautiful terrace with good furniture. Modern furnishings, although the sofa is a bit soft. Bathroom and kitchen are neat. The A cottages have very steep stairs so take care of them really well. Stair gate available. Floor requires some maintenance (comes up). From the cottage you walk in 2.5 km to downtown Durbuy for an ice cream, mini golf, lunch at Sept or good coffee at the Garden Café. Bakery within walking distance 1.5 km, but then you walk along a dangerous road. Various facilities on the park that also make it fun for children (playgrounds, one of which is right behind the cottage; indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, etc.). There is also a restaurant with a nice menu, friendly staff (also at the reception!) and they organized the week that we were there (quiet) live music. Charging points for EV (piece or 8) under construction and they will open soon.

We had a very nice stay in the cabin, we especially liked the quiet location but also the proximity to Maastricht. The cabin was totally cozy and was well equipped. Always happy

We had a very relaxing time in Belgium & would love to come back! :) The house is super nice for a weekend with friends. A small drawback is that there is only one toilet in the house, but the kitchen is fantastically equipped 🫶🏼
