I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved all of the games and activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating areas. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This was a great location for our girl’s trip! Close to stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable.

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for our family to gather and spend quality time together. One of my favorite moments was waking up early to watch the sunrise from the dock—so peaceful. My brothers had a blast fishing too. The house itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and just the right fit for all of us. Lindsey was an amazing host—so responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

This space was absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectations! Has all the extras you’ll never run out of towels or any linens . Host provides everything from beach equipment to toys and games for kids and coffee sugar creamer you name it ! We were able to spot a dolphin swimming around back in the canal when we were swimming in the pool which was an added bonus . Seen a manatee and lots of jumping fish . The kids enjoyed the mini golf course on the side of the house as well. Great experience highly recommend this home ! Never stayed anywhere with all the amenities like this house had !

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Steps to the beach. If you prefer a more laid back beach experience, Hedy’s place is perfect! We LOVE how few people were on the beach and could drive up to Cocoa Beach Pier or boardwalk. Hedy is such a delight and sweet person! Our experience was great and relaxing!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

If you are planning to be by the beach. Be by eateries, and stay at a really nice tree top suite?! Omg this place was perfect! Comfy, ac, tv, WiFi, and whole kitchen. Not to mention the balcony with couch and dinner table! I will be visiting again!!!

all around beautiful home. the inside was super clean and organized. The pool was a hit for our kids, they couldn't get enough of it. They had a ton of supplies and she was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place and our family will be back.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

Amazing location, beautiful home, and very friendly host. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach, and right on the canal, complete with boat dock, paddle board, kayaks, manatees, and dolphins. Beautiful sunsets from dock, and teriffic thunderstorm watching from the palapa hut/bar. Wonderful place for a large family gathering.
