Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Space Coast

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

This is our favorite place to stay in Cocoa Beach for our family surf trips. Always clean and comfortable. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. Great little area in the back to hose off the boards and dry off before coming into the house. Host is responsive and helpful.

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Close to local beaches, clean, lots to do, host was good at communicating

We had a great stay! The home was clean, well-maintained, and the pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The fenced-in backyard was awesome—our dog loved having safe, off-leash space to run around. We really enjoyed the back porch and BBQ area—it was a great spot to eat and spend time together as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, which was super convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best we’ve ever slept in. While the house rules may seem a bit detailed at first, they’re totally reasonable and nothing out of the ordinary. There are several security cameras around the outside, including the backyard, which made the property feel extra safe and secure. That said, the neighborhood itself felt very safe too, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a fantastic, pet-friendly, and peaceful place to stay. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

property was clean, and welcoming. pool was deep and inviting. game room provided a lot of entertainment. we had a great time, we asked a couple questions and had a response immediately every time. highly recommended.

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

This is our second time staying at Joe’s place. Can’t say enough about the location and of course how awesome the backyard is. You don’t have to leave the house to have a great time out back with the pool and the layout .

Went here for a work trip/ family trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The views were great, loved how it felt so private with the pool and beach.

We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

My husband and I spent Father’s Day weekend here celebrating his birthday, and it was perfect. The location is private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach. Nights were magical with a bright moon, and we were lucky enough to see loggerhead turtles nesting — such a special experience. The home was spotless and full of thoughtful touches like a beach sunshade, stocked kitchen, and even binoculars. Turtle watching was a highlight for me! The late checkout was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return to Satellite Beach. We loved that the resort was not huge and that we could easily access the pool and beach. Our condo was amazing. The only thing we would like we would be a washer and dryer in the room, but we knew going into it that we didn’t have that. They are working on the roof, which we were aware of before traveling. It did not bother us at all, but we are very easy going. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was so great!!! Our air bnb was in a quiet and peaceful setting, and was close to everything! We will definitely be booking here again!
