Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We will be happy to come back. The entire accommodation was VERY clean, the hosts super friendly and the location quiet but still within 10 minutes of the subway.

Lovingly renovated and spacious house with everything you need, nice yard with barbecue, plants and pool, we had a lovely stay!

Very nicely located house, garden very nice, but access roads very overgrown, that you got stuck with clothes in the thorns of the roses. Kitchen better equipped than thought/expected. Flour, spices, kitchen scale, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags for "normal" basic equipment. Unfortunately, no microwave.

Beautiful forester home with great amenities as described. Very homely and cosy for the family.

Place was great for our party of 6. Hans was very communicative with us when we had any questions. We would definitely pick Han’s place again when going to Germany.

There were four of us and we had booked the place for a workation. Also great to reach by public transport. The apartment is very nicely decorated and really has everything you need. The pool and cozy outdoor area are the highlight. Thomas was always easy to reach and had helpful tips for us! We will be happy to come back. (:

Very nice and conveniently equipped apartments with a quiet location. We were with 16 people for a weekend in winter Haundorf and had occupied all 4 apartments. There is also space in an apartment (2) for all people to eat incl. Dishes. Pleasant communication with the host. We will be happy to come back.

All-round successful stay in Julia's house. We (5 people) rented both apartments, which was very convenient (separate but still together in one house). Great: Parking spaces in front of the house. We loved that we were allowed to rent the house for just two nights. The location was great for us, as we were quickly at Rothsee from Julia's house (triathlon). We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

We were extremely happy with the place. Everything was pleasantly clean, and the facility left nothing to be desired. The contact with Kerstin was always friendly, helpful and reliable. We felt very comfortable both in the house and due to the direct proximity to the beautiful nature around the lake. We would love to come back anytime and fully recommend the place.

A beautiful, old half-timbered house, stylishly restored and furnished, awaited us. Martin was a very courteous and friendly host with tips for activities in the area (restaurants, adventure playground, swimming spots on the surrounding lakes, etc.) The horses in the yard and the garden with play equipment were of course a special highlight for our children. There was also plenty of space in the house and lots of play and entertainment options. For us parents, local beer and wine specialties were waiting in the "minibar". So there was something for everyone. Always happy to come back!

Enjoyed our stay. Great location in the old town, easy to walk everywhere. Unique to stay in the wall.

We felt very comfortable, description was good. The local tips are also excellent. You just need a car to get to the starting points of the hikes. The whole area is very nice and relaxing. Jasmin was always very quick to reach.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of layout and furnishings. Everything we needed was there - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for young and old. We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful spacious accommodation. The room is not super big, but because the weather was very nice, we only sat outside. This is more than made up for by the large kitchen and even larger enclosed garden. Everything was clean and there were many basic products present above expectations. The BBQ is great!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden for playing, exploring and being creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was neat and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!
