This very nice place was exactly as Robert described it — conveniently located, attractive, & comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Top Story is top-notch. Really well equipped kitchen with thoughtful extras like a Keurig coffee machine and pods and compostable plastic ziplocks for your picnic lunches. Comfortable beds. Fine wi-fi. Well-stocked bathroom (although the shower is a bit small). Nice design sense. The little touches like home-made baked goods and a welcome basket are definitely a plus. Wendy was both very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely chose Top Story for a Loyalton stay.

Michael was an excellent host. His instructions for entry were very detailed and his note about the small parking space led us to rent a small car. His place was well appointed, centrally located & had great views. We will be back.

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, and utensils. Bed rooms and bathrooms were also clean and had basic necessities in stock. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

This is a rustic and historical gem! The space is cozy and exceptionally clean. Love the large bathroom! The window A/C in the bedroom was the coldest ac I have ever come across and it makes the whole space cold!!! The area around the rental is great for walking our dogs. The Silver Springs Park is right up the hill behind the rental with plenty of green space for the pups. Also the Silver Springs Cemetery is right down the street and fun to walk thru and read the tombstones. We door dashed food from Dayton and explored Virginia City during the day. The location is perfect!!!! Hope to stay again!

The apartment was clean and tidy. There were K cups and individually packaged creamer for us. It was great having a washer/dryer. The host left us tide pods and dryer sheets as well. Thank you!

One of the best airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at ! Beautiful yard, everything you could possible need inside the house . Luxury bedding and bath towels . Super impressive place and we will be booking it again when we go to Reno Nv .

We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the animals-horses, chickens and rabbits! Peaceful and relaxing. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures, and was very clean. Merlin was very quick to responds to questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed the location, was able to walk to local restaurants and stores which was a plus. 2 Chicks is the best restaurant in Midtown for breakfast and lunch not to be missed. The accommodations were very comfortable and enjoyed having a private backyard space. Was our second time staying, we will return.

My boyfriend and I came to Reno for a wedding and decided to stay here and it was definitely the right decision. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was super simple. When walking in we were greeted by soft music playing, a pristine house, and beautiful views. Additionally the bathrooms were stocked with mini toiletries as well as makeup wipes, face masks, and eye masks. As someone who loves skincare I was very excited! Im honestly sad I was not able to stay longer. And finally, checking out was just as easy as checking in. Thank you so much for having us! I’d highly recommend staying here, it’s worth every penny!

A Perfect Reno Getaway! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Reno! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and spacious the home was. Every room felt thoughtfully prepared and comfortable—plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. The backyard was a true highlight! It’s beautifully landscaped and the fire pit made for cozy, memorable evenings under the stars. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding at night, it was our favorite spot to hang out. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the amazing homeowner. Incredibly responsive, kind, and welcoming—going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're planning a trip to Reno, look no further. The location couldn't be any better,central to everything. Beaches are a close drive,gas stations,grocery stores and restaurants nearby are very convenient. the complex the condo in is extremely quiet, neighbors are friendly.

Such a cozy home and the most comfortable beds! You’ll feel right at home, a perfect space for a quiet, relaxing vacation by Lake Tahoe! Short walk or drive to restaurants and grocery. Only a 45min drive from Reno as well. Look forward to staying here again!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend

Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

We travel often and this space was 10/10! Absolutely beautiful! Comfortable, clean, stocked! Kids loves the board game. Kitchen had every amenity of home! Great communication! Great location! We had an excellent extended stay at Belinda and Steve's condo in Incline Village, NV. The property was very clean and the location was ideally situated to local and regional amenities and attractions that we value e.g., beautiful hiking, restaurants, art galleries, local food stores, nearby towns of Reno, Carson City, Virginia City. An instruction and recommendations binder was exceptionally well organized and thorough. As hosts, Belinda and Steve were proactive, always responsive, and very friendly. We were glad to briefly meet both of them during our trip. Highly recommended. Joe & Lori
