Holiday rentals with a patio in Spartanburg

This is our second stay at David's studio apartment, and it never disappoints. It is the perfect location for anyone competing at the Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center (FENCE) which holds lots of horse shows (I'm hesitant to say this in case others book it before I can next time!). It is also easy to get in and out of for people with mobility issues (using a walker) - just one small step up from the driveway, otherwise smooth. I only wish I could have tried out some of David's local recommendations for places to see and restaurants - maybe we'll just have to come back for a non-horse-show visit sometime.

Tammy was a wonderful host and very responsive. She even took it upon herself to contact us and let us know we could check in several hours early. Her place was spotless and everything looked practically new. The "house rules" were short, sensible and not burdensome in the least. The kayaks were great fun and a wonderful amenity. It's also a very convenient location to a lot of the area attractions. It's almost right on a section of the Palmetto Trail, which we were there to bike. She even allowed us to store our bikes in the downstairs mud room, which was perfect to keep them secure and out of the way. The surround sound system was a cool amenity as was the huge shower with the multiple shower heads. Great getaway!

Carly is a fantastic host. It's almost as if she were waiting for every message and request, and her response was nearly instantaneous. If you are looking for a quiet, restful place to spend a few days on an actual family farm with all the critters you'd expect, this is the place. You could be as active or passive as you desire. And don't forget to order some of Carly's bagels or cookies, homemade by Carly's daughter, Brooklyn; they are delicious.

We had an absolute delight staying at Cindy's place! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, and close to all the essential amenities. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our kids had a blast playing at the community's playground and taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, admiring the charming homes. This was our first experience staying in a tiny community like this, and we're so glad we discovered Cindy's gem. It's now our go-to 'second home' whenever we're in the Piedmont/Greenville, SC area. A huge thank you to Cindy and her co-hosts for providing our family with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciate your hospitality!

Morgan is a great host, and the apartment is cozy and fantastic. I highly recommend staying at Morgan's place. From the time I arrived until the time I checked, everything was easy and convenient. I look forward to my next visit and plan on booking the apartment again. My new home away from home.

Our stay was great. Eveything was as described very clean place and Mauricio was friendly. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Overall a really beautiful and peaceful spot that checked all the boxes for what I needed for the week. Super comfy and cozy. Had a really lovely stay, and Paul was super responsive. Definitely will be looking to book here again when I return to the area in the future!

I have stayed at Ms Lydia's home a couple of times and have always been 100% satisfied!! she is absolutely amazing the home is beautiful and she is willing to help with any issues that may arise very responsive very friendly. We could not have asked for a better host than Ginger and her family. We were in town to adopt my newborn daughter and arrived to the house to find the sweetest care package from Ginger. She was also very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. The house was the perfect, calm and peaceful place we needed as we waited for baby's arrival and for papers to be signed. Once she arrived and we got to bring her home, it was a great place to land... not too far from Walmart, shopping, or food. The creek being was enjoyed by all of us. We can't wait to come back on our next SC visit.

Great little home with a private gate and driveway. Make you feel extra safe. Also close to downtown Spartanburg with plenty of places to eat! We had a little accident but host was understanding and we got the issue fixed. It was a great stay.

The home was very comfortable and just what my family needed! It was the perfect location for us to visit family in Greer and run in to Greenville as well.

Staying at Talia's place was a blessing! We made last minute plans due to unforeseen circumstances and everything just fell into place perfectly! There's no place like home and this place felt just like home. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

This is my second time staying at this lovely house. I stay here longer term (usually around a month or so) and I love it! It’s set up nicely for long term or short term stays. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishware. Highly recommend especially if you are going to the horse show in Tryon, NC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. For my husband’s birthday, we attended a concert at Spartanburg Auditorium, which is conveniently located approximately five to seven minutes away. The accommodations at the home provided everything we required, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, the convenience of Uber Eats and Instacart deliveries to the front door was highly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I'll definitely return to The Beehive, the location is amazing! It was within walking distance to parking, The Peace Center, restaurants of all types, shopping and even Falls Park!

Great value for cost. Property is secure and comfortable. The room was cool and comfortable and had excellent humidity control. Despite location in a busier part of town, the room was very quiet. Check-in was flexible and the host was very responsive. For solo travelers looking for a quiet spot in a convenient location for getting around Greenville, this is a great option.

We absolutely loved our trip! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. We loved the outdoor patio to enjoy the evenings on both nights we were there. We would stay here again if we came back to Greenville.

Location is great! We walked everywhere, from the excellent Indy bookstore across the street to the Greenville Drive minor league baseball field. The condo is alongside an alley. I heard HVAC units going off and on at night and a garbage truck emptying the nearby dumpster. My partner heard nothing that interrupted his sleep. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware. We chose the place because our dog could stay with us and because downtown Greenville is entirely walkable from here, and we were glad for both of these things.

Tanja’s garden cottage was nothing short of amazing! She reached out with check in instructions well before my time to check in and even reached out to make sure I got in ok. The cottage was about 10 minutes from town which was nice. Her instructions on how things worked were very helpful and she even left some snacks out for me to have. The bed was also very comfy!
