Monthly Rentals in Spicchio-Sovigliana

The apartment is very nice, very clean, spacious and sufficiently furnished. It would be nice to have a seating area on one of the balconies and a few more kitchen utensils. The apartment is located in a residential area, parking spaces are available on the street. The apartment is about 8 minutes walk from a small supermarket, a recommended pizzeria is in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the center of Empoli in about 20 minutes, and to the train station in about 28 minutes. Empoli is well connected to Florence and Siena by train. Communication with Giuseppe was excellent at all times, he took care of (in our case necessary) arrangements for check-in at an early stage and was quickly reachable. There are also some signs with helpful information in the apartment. We'd love to come back to this wonderful apartment!

The accommodation is impeccable and very spacious. We enjoyed the large bed with very good bedding as well as the large modern bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Very good stay at Juri's. The house is in the countryside but still close to several shops a few minutes' drive away. Train station access 4 km away to go to Florence, Pisa, Siena... Great value for money. Recommended.

Outstanding location with wonderful views of Tuscany with Spicchio-Sovigliana and Empoli behind it. The partly covered huge terrace is surrounded by trees and is the highlight of the accommodation. We sat on the terrace every day and felt surrounded by nature. We have identified 45 bird species, including oriole, bee-eater and hoopoe. It is difficult to do anything on foot from the accommodation, but by car or train from Empoli you can easily explore the whole of Tuscany. The kitchen equipment was very extensive, the best we have had in Italy so far. The smart TV is also a big plus. A well-functioning heating system for cold days is available. The hosts were very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, we found the apartment to be very noisy. The family lives directly above. Many mosquitoes on the terrace and in the apartment were a problem despite insect screens on the bedroom windows.
