Holiday rentals with a patio in Špindlerův Mlýn

The place exceeded my expectations, beautiful, clean, cozy, quiet, easy parking in the garage, clear instructions from the hosts, just great, I can only recommend.

Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

I really liked that just an hour's drive from the city of Prague you can stay in such an authentic house. The forest is nearby! A gorgeous view from the main room. I would like to add more details in the kitchen.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

The accommodation is super lovingly furnished and is located in a beautiful area on a large private property. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. It was also great that we were allowed to take our dear dog with us! The only thing I would like to point out here is the fact that the hut has only one toilet and one bathroom, which can lead to a few waiting times depending on the number of travelers. However, it must also be mentioned that the spacious bathroom (separate toilet) is as good as new and had a pleasant feel-good character with the really large shower. We enjoyed the time in the cottage and found Katerina to be a perfect hostess, who was very easy to reach and could answer our questions very well.

We stayed at Pavel and Simona's place, this was the best RBNB experience we've had of all the places we've been so far. The owner of the place was lovely, welcomed us to host even though we arrived a little before the scheduled time. The house was stunningly beautiful – a large house, 3 bedrooms, a living room and a garden. The house was fully equipped with everything to the smallest detail - from cooking ingredients (spices, oil, sugar, coffee capsules, etc.), cooking utensils of all kinds, toilet paper and even soaps and anything you can think of. The children's equipment was also perfect- a pot was waiting for us in the children's room with a package of wipes, bathrobes for children, changing paste, diapers, just everything. The house is very spacious, large and very rustic and innovative in its design, you can see that they have put thought into every detail. Our kids didn't want to leave and asked to stay and live there with so much fun. Level of cleanliness- perfect and in general, there is no negative review of the accommodation and the hosts. In the yard of the house there is a balcony and grass, a place to light a fire, private parking, floor heating, a large fireplace in the center of the living room. If we come back to explore the area we will undoubtedly want to stay there again Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay! The place is new, clean, and just the right size for two people. The view is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and close to the mountains. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be great to have a lighter included if you’re offering a fire-starting package, as well as a few basics like kitchen paper and microwave gloves for convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

A great place in a very convenient starting point. A large, clean, well-maintained, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Szklarska Poręba and Karpacz. We'd love to go back someday. Easy to get in touch with hosts (thanks for the great maps with recommendations). We recommend it wholeheartedly!

The cabin is perfectly nestled in nature, making it an ideal spot for a team-building getaway. We found everything we needed – from a grill to practical details like the foldable outdoor table, which gave us extra seating for 6 more people. We loved how well-equipped and thoughtfully designed the cabin is. A perfect place to escape the city and recharge!

Perfect place to stay for a ski holiday! The location could not be better – right in the ski resort, so you can start directly on the slopes in the morning. The property was clean, cozy, and well appointed. After a long day in the snow, you could relax wonderfully here. The host was very friendly and helpful. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

The apartment is well equipped there is plenty of space. We appreciated the electric drying rack. Communication was through Airbnb, responses were quick. The only thing I would recommend is a blind for the kitchen (you sleep there), there is a lot of light from the street in the evening.
