This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor in a home owned by the host. It is located in a quiet environment, but is very comfortable and served in all needs. The bus stop, which arrives in Venice in 20 minutes, is 100 meters away, the train station is 400 meters away. Pharmacy, wine shop, bakery, newsstand, bar, 2 supermarkets, Chinese restaurant, kebab, 2 takeaway pizzerias, 2 restaurant-pizzerias, bank, greengrocer, deli, activities that are around us, all within walking distance.

There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)
