The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Peaceful and relaxing safe place. Great walking and hiking areas. Private secured entrance with a unique code for entry for each guest. Minutes to Watts Bar Lake & TN RIVER. Ten minutes to Watts Bar boat ramp. We are not within walking distance of restaurants, etc. but only a few minutes away by driving.
