You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. Sunflower cabin is a sweet little rustic cabin with friendly homesteading artist/host located on Owl Tree Acres Farm. Cozy sleeping for 4, a dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker,. Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

Relax on your own or with family at this peaceful pet friendly home to either rest, work or play. Near historic towns with good food and antiquing. Nashville, NC is centrally located near NC 64 and only 15 minutes to I- 95. If here for a wedding, we are conveniently located 8-10 minutes from Seven Paths Manor and about 10 minutes from Rose Hill Plantation. Both very popular wedding venues. We are only 40 minutes to Raleigh, 50 minutes to RDU, 20 minutes to either Wilson or Rocky Mount.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Waterfront right on a beautiful pond! We raise Belted Galloway cattle. Our Farm Stay was built from local reclaimed tobacco barns. We have miles of walking trails, ponds to fish, abundant wildlife, lots of peace and quiet, and beautiful scenery in all directions. We have large grocery store , several local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner only 3 miles away. Please consider staying with us! No dogs please.
