We are just north of downtown Houston and 1/2 mile (4 min) away from White Oak Music Hall. Ride shares are never more than a few minutes away. There is free on-site parking with a private driveway secured with an automatic gate. The Metro light-rail is only 2 blocks away and provides direct access to U of H Downtown, Downtown, Midtown, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, and more. We offer comfortable outdoor furniture with fire pits & lighting. A griddle, grill, and pellet smoker are all available.

There's a short walking/biking path right outside the door & you'll only be 15 mins to find several attractions in North Houston, including Cynthia Woods Mitchell Concert venue, Old Towne Spring, Six Flags, The Woodlands Market Street and Marriott Center. **PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE RESERVING!! Just one block west of I 45 in The Woodlands. Cozy, studio that sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults/2 children. Privacy fenced back yard (all deck) with direct access to dog park. Backs to woods. Amazing gardens, kids play area, and fire pit. First Cup Coffee is renovating the main building and will open sometime before Thanksgiving 2024.
